The generously appointed kitchen is fully equipped and thoughtfully stocked. The spacious living area boasts a large sectional sofa, accommodating the entire family in comfort and style to watch the big game or cozy up with popcorn for movie night. The bunkroom on the second floor also has space for kids to be kids with a TV and ample play space - bring your own video game system for hours of fun.

For those seeking outdoor tranquility, a charming patio awaits just off the main living area on the ground floor. It provides a serene space with ample seating, ideal for unwinding in the evenings or savoring the invigorating fresh air at any time. At the end of the ally is oversized parking for boat or ATV trailer space (first come first serve).

The Escondido community is one of our areas prime nightly rental treasures. This is a new community, as such there may be construction around the neighborhood. You will have access to the pickleball court and the community pool is now open! What makes this community special is its close proximity to amazing trails, parks and shopping. This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah and is central to the Southern Utah attractions like Zion National Park (40 min), Sand Hollow and Quail Creek are (10 min) Costco (10 Min.) and downtown St George is just 15 Min. Tuacahn Theater is 30 min.

Room Configurations:

Primary Suite (downstairs) - King bed and private en suite, Sleeps 1-2

Guest Suite (upstairs) - King bed and private en suite, Sleeps 1-2

Bunk Room (upstairs) - Two sets of bunk beds (Full on bottom, Twin on top) and a Queen bed with private en suite, Sleeps 6.

Each bedroom has a smart TV

Parking: The home has a small garage and additional unnumbered parking spaces are available around the community within walking distance. If you are bringing an ATV trailer, they can be parked in an open parking space, but must be un-hitched from support vehicle. There are extra long parking spaces located on one side of the community for Trailers and RVs. There is an outlet for an EV charger, bring your own cord.

    This property was very nice and accommodating all of our family, there was a lot to do with the pool and lazy river. Close to golf courses. And I especially loved that all of the light switches were labeled.

    The place seemed brand new. Very comfortable. Great location, next to good hikes. No issues at all.
