This 1900sf desert sanctuary has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is set in a large, fully walled in lot, with a covered patio and private pool with optional propane heating (guests responsible for propane costs) and can accommodate up to 8 people. The house also features tile flooring, quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, open living room and dining room area with vaulted ceilings and a wet bar, washer/dryer, and 2 full sized bathrooms with walk in showers and 1 free standing tub. Lime plaster paint and plaster used throughout is all natural, hypo-allergenic, anti-microbial, and anti-viral.

    Everything was good except it is a 4 bdrm house with one couch to sit on that is very uncomfortable. New living room furniture and it would be great.

    Lovely historic neighborhood with amazing native plantings and huge old trees. Feels more like being in a home, not in a sterile short term rental...Extra added attraction is the four block walk to Copper Star coffee shop! Try it, you will love it!

    A lovely home in a great location for a family vacation. The open floor plan was perfect for everyone to gather in one place to enjoy each other's company. The weather was delightful, so we spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful backyard and pool area. HUGE kudos to the Host for being so responsive. The only suggestion I would offer is thicker blinds in the front bedrooms. The sun comes out early.

    This house is super nice. Great location, open floor plan, great beds, owner/manager really responsive!Pool was really cold but we opted not to heat because brother lives near by with heated community pool. Owner responds right away with any questions/issues. Super nice backyard, pool area. Quiet neighborhood. Just overall a great experience. Thank you Rand!

    Perfectly located just minutes from Desert Ridge, easy access to the highway, within 20 minutes of Kierland, Westworld and more. Well-appointed and spacious home, big backyard with pool, 2 dining tables, full bedrooms with closets. Quiet neighborhood too with no concerns. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
