Welcome to our lovely furnished home in Chandler, Arizona, which offers a cozy stay for up to 6 guests. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has modern amenities and a private patio, making it a perfect home away from home for vacation or business trips. The living room has comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything. The home is conveniently located near many attractions, including the Chandler Fashion Center, South Mountain Park and Preserve.
Theguest is required to complete a form for our insurance policy and sign the rental agreement before check-in.

Pets are allowed, and the pet fee depends on the number of pets and the length of the stay.

We also require a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned within 2–3 days after checkout, once the property has been inspected and everything is confirmed to be in good condition.
All adult guests over 18 (not only the guest making the booking) in the party must provide a valid, not-expired, State Govt issued ID driver`s license or ID card within 24 hours of making the reservation. This ID must contain a clear picture and current address of the individual and be well lit and easy to read. Guests will also need to register on our registration form and agree to our house rules within 24 hours of making their bookings. We are required to collect this information and if we do not receive in a timely manner the booking is subject to cancelation and refunds will only be issued in accordance with our cancelation policy. Guests traveling from overseas may submit a passport. No military or employer IDs will be accepted. This also helps us provide a high-quality personalized experience to our guests, as well as avoid security problems
