The house was perfect for 6 women celebrating a 40th bday in our group! We were close to shopping and eating out. The host was responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I and another couple were very pleased with this house and property. If you're visiting Joshua Tree, I urge you to consider staying here.

Hot tub was good but the pool was surrounded by a deck and chairs that were so old and sunworn that we all got splinters. The kitchen was just fine, save a drawer that fell out when you tried to open it.

Clean rooms. Stocked kitchen. Kids loved pool and hot tub. Right next door to Joshua tree national park. Walmart just down the street. Quite neighborhood.

Beautiful property! Amazing views! Well appointed kitchen and very nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Outdoor space had shady area for outdoor dining. Hot tub was perfect for star gazing complete with outdoor shower. Very relaxing place to vacation and convenient to attractions.

We couldn’t check in until 330 because of the cleaning lady. There weren’t many games in the game room. The pool is cold. It was not heated. There was no dartboard in the game room and the garbage disposal was broken. The backyard was full of weeds and they were high. It looked better on the website than it did up close and personal.

I had an excellent stay. The house is exactly as described. The hot tub was wonderful and I watched the sunset from it a number of nights. The game room was super fun. The kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet but super close to everything you come to Joshua Tree for. I saw a coyote on the other side of the fence on a couple of occasions, which was super cool.

Great location. Easy commute to Joshua tree. Very clean. Both pool and hot tub were well maintained.

We wanted a place near Joshua tree, but still accessable to Palm springs. This was it, it was just like the photos. We flew in late on our first day and it was dark, really dark, when we arrived, and we couldn't believe how many stars we could see from the back yard. The outdoor space was great: Outdoor table and chairs and seating area with fire table, pool, hot tub and hammocks - we used them all. Good property location, feels safe and it's quiet. Would return & would recommend.

The garage and outdoor space was a wonderful bonus. This was a great place for our extended stay.

The host was very responsive and communicated everything that we needed to know quickly and clearly. The house was immaculate and appeared just as listed. We loved how quiet the neighborhood is and really enjoyed the outside area, the grill and the hot tub, which was also immaculate.

The house was just lovely! Location by the park was perfect for our plans. Hot tub was a plus — everyone enjoyed that! Neeraj was easy to communicate with. We hope to be back!

Great location close to Joshua Tree National Park. Liked it was one story, nice outdoor space, clean and quiet. Sitting in the hot tub looking at the mountains and views at sunset were perfect!

Game room was fun

Close to the national park. Kitchen was nice to have. Lots of dark long hair in the bathroom when we got there, hair in the sheets. The couch is a modular couch that comes apart when you sit on it. Why do people put handheld shower heads in a shower with half a door? Makes no sense. The backyard is nice! Overall, good stay.

Everything was great. Clean bathrooms, kitchen, pool and hot tub. It was very convenient to Joshua tree park. Thanks!

Neeraj was an amazing host and the place was kept beautifully. The grill was not the cleanest and there was no propane but me and my friends did bring our own grill which worked out for us! The hot tub and pool were well maintained and we do recommend bringing our own floaties.

We had a perfect weekend at the house in Joshua Tree! The house was exactly what we needed and had what we were looking for!! The pool is gorgeous, the outdoor shower is super luxurious and the hot tub is super nice!!

The place was a delight--super close to town and to the national park. The pool, hot tub, outdoor furniture, and hammocks were great. The temperature was a little warm to open up the garage, yet in cooler seasons, it'd be great to have that accessible to the lovely backyard. The inside was comfortable, well-appointed, and clean.

Check in was easy. Host was easy to reach and communicate with. He addressed any issues in a timely manner! Pool and hot tub were just what we needed! Would definitely stay again

We stayed for a week with our two kids aged 11 and 15. The accessibility to Joshua tree was fabulous allowing early morning and late night trips into the park for sunrise, sunset and stargazing.The house is spacious and would easily accommodate a group larger than ours. The house is well equip for short stays with a coffee machine, plates, cup, glasses etc, but for longer stays such as ours was not equip for making family meals. Cooking implements were limited for even basic needs. We had specifically booked a house after a week spent in hotels to be able to cook and enjoy family time. The house could use a little TLC as there were areas where things were broken (kitchen cupboards, VCR, hammocks, sunloungers) or simply needed cleaning up and a refresh (HVAC filter and back garden in general). The photos supplied on the listing appear to be at least a few years old. Other houses we have rented have provided a folder with restaurant recommendations, local sightseeing trip recommendations, local Drs and medical providers for emergencies and information relating to the property which would have been a great addition in this property.Overall we had a pleasant stay at Joshua Tree.

The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, great common area and nice backyard. Loved the pool and the stargazing. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice home. Pictures definitely do the property justice. It was a great location for day trips to Joshua Tree NP while being able to come back in the heat of the afternoon for the kids to swim. Loved the hammocks for star gazing. Will come back.

This was a perfect three day getaway. The host was amazing with communication and the place was just what we needed for our kids and some of their friends. Very accommodating with some nice upgrades.

We loved our stay in Joshua Tree! The property was easy to enter, even when our hosts has to accommodate a late check in. They were communicative and responsive the entire trip and the property was amazing. Would stay again!

The couch is dirty. We had to wash the sheets there was a lot of hair in the bed. The dishes in the dishwasher weren’t clean. Shower was dirty in the big bedroom. There weren’t any full rolls of toilet paper. We had to buy more. And no propane in the firepit. The property itself is great and well decorated. We loved the game room and pool and spa and hammocks. But it just wasn’t clean, and barely any toilet paper was annoying. And on top of that we bought the property insurance and the owner made a claim about us breaking the toilet paper holder yet there was no toilet paper holder; and the most ironic thing is, if there was one, it was definitely the previous people because one of the rolls you could tell, had been wet and then dried off and put in a drawer, so the roll was all crinkly. It feels like the owner needed a new tp holder and since we bought the insurance charged 100 for it on the claim.

The place was great, close to everything!

The house was open, clean, and felt homey. The backyard was our favorite place, the garage opened towards the patio so we had game room, patio, pool, jacuzzi, and hammock circle all right there. The neighbors were quiet, the beds were comfy, the kitchen had plenty of cookware… definitely enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at Neeraj's beautiful home. It is a simple ranch with modern fixtures, decor, and so many amenities! The place was spotlessly clean and looks exactly like the photos shown. There's a lovely view from the back deck with many options for sitting. We LOVED the hot tub and especially the 4 hammocks! The garage game room was great and we played mini-pool lots. You can open up the doors for fresh air which is cool. Fun vibe for a great desert stay minutes from JT Park!

The house was fine enough…kids enjoyed the hammocks and hot tub, but I did not appreciate how dirty the couch was, that there was a sizable blood stain on one of the kid’s bed comforters, that one of the coffee mugs that was on the shelf had a hair in it. The house was not clean enough for the price. It’s about a 40 minute drive to the first attraction in Joshua Tree, so not super close either. Also, the “free coffee” is a tablespoon of coffee grinds left in a dirty canister. I would have rather have known what brand I was drinking and be able to make it stronger than a tablespoon of grinds would allow. Host was responsive but she couldn’t fix these things.

Had a great spring break trip to J Tree with the family. The house is perfect for a family and close to the west park entrance. Would stay again.

We stayed to celebrate my wife’s birthday with our two kids and my in laws.Very clean kitchen with enough kitchenware that’s easy to find to enjoy nice family meals.The three bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds for 6 of us. Our 125 pound dog had plenty of room to roam in the fenced backyard. The jacuzzi was so nice to relax in after a day of hiking and climbing in Joshua Tree.My 12 year old son really enjoyed the game room! He also enjoyed the retro art in the kids’ bedroom.Neeraj was very responsive to communicating. All in all a very relaxing space to enjoy Joshua Tree!

Spent 5 days here with my family. It was my mammas first time on Joshua Tree. This house had everything we needed! There is no coffee grinder or blender or tea kettle, but there is a coffee maker and some coffee condiments were provided, as well as soap and shampoo. As amazing as this place looks online, it’s even better once there! The kids loved the game room (as did we) and we all enjoyed the completely different vibes of each bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and functional, the hot tub was ready to go and we enjoyed s’mores out by the fire pit. Also wanted to mention the owners specifically. In addition to being super responsive and professional, they are also decent and kind. We had an issue that they resolved quickly and with complete understanding and empathy. We would be back in a heartbeat. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

This was a nice little property that fit us all comfortably. We loved the themes of the rooms, especially the 90s room! Of course, the highlight was the jacuzzi in the back; Perfect for star gazing.

The house has 3 nice-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We enjoyed the game room and hammocks. We were disappointed with how worn things were. There is hardly any silverware, cookware, or dishes compared to other rentals we stayed in and the cabinets got stuck. The pool looks like it's in disrepair with low water levels and broken chairs. The decor looks cool and we really appreciated the various themes in the bedrooms. It did the trick for spot near Joshua Tree.

My husband and I rented this home for our wedding anniversary, we had an amazing stay. The kitchen was super user friendly (we’re both chefs and we did a lot of cooking over our stay). We also really loved the hot tub and outdoor amenities. The property is super close to town but doesn’t feel like it, so it was quick and easy to run any errands and venture into the park. Newark was also super helpful in accommodating our two travel kitties, which was rare and lovely. Would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Joshua tree and have already recommended to several friends. Thanks again!

Our two night stay at the Desert Villa Oasis was great. The house is situated just north of 29 Palms Highway and was easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. The property was modern, clean and well maintained. The house has a dedicated game room that opens out onto the back patio, it was very hot during our stay so we kept that door shut as the room had it's own air conditioner which proved to be invaluable. The kitchen was well appointed with new appliances and plenty of dishware for our group. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and well lit. We made full use of the hot tub and outdoor dining area and because the temperatures hovered in the mid 90s we actually got in the pool to cool down. We had dinners on the patio table at night with the market lights and found the neighborhood to be quiet and restful. I found the owner to be very responsive when I contacted him and he checked in on us via email during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and look forward to returning again ourselves in the future.,

Me and my girlfriend came up to to Joshua tree for the weekend to celebrate our first anniversary! We had a lovely time and lots of fun stargazing in the jacuzzi, swimming in the pool, playing air hockey, watching scary movies , playing pool, you name it we did it ! 😄

It was so nice to be so close to the national park (less than 10 minutes) so we could go back and forth which was essential to avoid the hottest times of day in the park. The pool was perfectly cold and refreshing in the hot August weather (I had feared it would be too warm but not so). The only problem with the pool was that the ladder staircase was not attached and fell in a few times which was hard for my little ones who were too short to stand in the pool. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. They even had 4 hammocks outside that were perfect for stargazing. We even saw the Milky Way. I could’ve slept out there it was so nice. We cooked all our meals there and the kitchen and grill were great- they had plenty of cooking supplies. Bedrooms were nice. My kids loved the themed rooms- 90s and lava lamp. I wouldn’t want anyone sleeping on the top bunk though- there’s no bed rail- but my kids didn’t mind sleeping together on the bottom bunk. Game room was enjoyable when not too hot- no ac in there but the rest of the house the ac worked very well. Overall wonderful stay- I’d even rent this same place again!!!

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The house was clean, quiet, it had all the amenities we needed to cook and enjoy the grill. The outdoor area was especially nice. The pool was perfect on the hot days, and it was very clean. We would definitely stay again, everything about this place was perfect for a nice getaway.
