Desert Oasis on the 9th Green

Located close to grocery, etc. Plenty of towels and all amenities as advertised. Pool and golf are great extras. The hostess responded immediately whenever i had a question.

Our stay was wonderful!! Jennifer is a great host and was very accommodating. We would highly recommend this home.

The house was just as expected. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was a safe, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed breakfast in the backyard and listening to the birds. The host was very easy to work with and made check-in a breeze. We would highly recommend.

It was the perfect location at the golf course, our daughter got married at the club house and the house was very convenient, close to stores, over all great place

The property was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would stay here again.

My wife, mother in law (81), stepdaughter, and grandson stayed here for his high school graduation. Property was clean and the host prepared us well with information prior to visit. Loved the idea of people leaving thoughts on what to do and where to eat. It helped us plan evenings. Loved sitting outside and listening to the band at the clubhouse playing Friday night. In the mornings I had my coffee and watched the golfers shank their shots to the 9th green. Very quiet at night and we would give this stay extremely high marks.

Would definitely recommend! The spacious home is clean and we loved having two bathrooms and laundry machines for our family of 4. Some hiccups with the check-in process but the host was very attentive, apologetic and helped us out so we could get in. There were some little amenities missing so I think the host probably doesn’t stop in much to restock items. But it wasn’t a big deal, we just ran to the Walmart that is very close by and grabbed some things. And she did ship us some items via Amazon that we received for our last day there. I also really appreciated that this host doesn’t make you clean the place in addition to a cleaning fee. I cancelled a different VRBO because he wanted us to clean everything like a housekeeper would while still charging a big cleaning fee and that’s ridiculous. I appreciated this host because she just requested garbage out, start the dishwasher and put towels into hampers. That is way more reasonable! Overall I would highly recommend this home and host for anyone needing to stay in this area. We attended a wedding at Schnepf Farms and it was a great location for getting there.

I had to reschedule my trip, Jennifer went out of her way to make it happen. Close to everything you need in a nice gated community.

We certainly enjoyed this place! We weren’t around too much! Wedding activities encompassed most our stay!!! We saw hummingbirds, rabbits, & doves! Great porch to enjoy coffee in the mornings! Quiet & RELAXING!! Our host was friendly & always available if we had any questions!

We had a great time staying here! The property was clean and the host was incredibly responsive. The pickleball courts and one of the pools is within walking distance and we loved the golf course at Johnson Ranch! We will stay here again.

House was clean (wife thought non-shag rugs would be cleaner). My only negative comment would be the pigeons around the house. Very noisy, and one is nesting above the window on the back patio.

Perfect for a getaway.

Our vacation stay was wonderful in this house. Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, and a scenic patio view. Our host was very prompt to reply and helpful in many ways. The weather was perfect!

The house was well stocked and exactly as described. We enjoyed our time in San Tan Valley and hope to return to Jennifer's home again in the future.

It was adequate. The beds were comfortable, however some of the furniture was older and not comfortable. Also the linens such as the towels should be replaced, they were older and some had stains. It was well supplied, except only had decaf pods. Some regular would have been nice.The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Positive comments: Beds are comfy enough, quiet neighborhood, good location for the area by the golf course with a nice restaurant. Glow in the dark towel was cool in the master bathroom. Other than wanting another fry pan, it has all the desired kitchenware.Negative: Not used for quite some time and might have only had a touch up clean, so not as clean as I would have liked it. Towels had a crunchy feel and a musty smell. No coffee pot, no ironing board. Needs updating and small repairs and could be a lot more homier with more decor. The kitchen chair cushions are worn out, sunk in and very uncomfortable. The blinds to the outdoor patio have a crank mechanism that you are responsible for if it breaks. So you either take a chance turning it slow for opening and closing, or you leave them open with no privacy at night, or them closed with no light and access to the back patio. Last thing, I've never had to pay extra money to use bikes that are often available in the homes that we stay in.

Lovely home in a quiet, safe, and beautiful golf course neighborhood. We loved the ammentiites, pool and pickleball were fabulous. Great location and views from the back patio.

We enjoyed this home immensely. The kitchen was well appointed and the master bedroom/bathroom felt luxurious. We brought our dog and loved the dog door from the master bedroom to the back yard. The highlight was the picklball courts just a few blocks away. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.
