Stayed Dec 30, 2025We enjoyed the unique decor and great daylight in this house, plus spinning tunes on the record player. The backyard pool and hot tub with views of mountains where great as well. Good location within 5 minutes of hikes, groceries, and Interstates for road trips. Rich is a stellar host.

Stayed Nov 14, 2025Cute spot, with a good location relative to hikes and to Scottsdale. Sad we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or hot tub because they looked great! And the owner is a great communicator so we really appreciated that.

The charming host was incredibly personable and his property reflected that throughout with the record collection, greeting wine, personal hygiene supplies and many other things. Stayed Mar 22, 2024My girlfriends and I got together for a long weekend in Phoenix and this property was perfect for our needs. Rich was very responsive with everything from an early check in to a late check out he went above and beyond. The property was within walking distance of a grocery store and multiple restaurants. The hot tub was a nice bonus for after day relaxation. Five stars!
