Great property! So much room and amenities. Well stocked with everything we needed for all our meals and the whole stay! Would definitely stay again.

This was an amazing property, spacious, comfortable, clean and fun. We enjoyed the pool facilities and really liked having the pickleball, volleyball and playground close enough to walk to. Communication was easy and quick! Couldn’t have been happier!

We had a few hiccups and issues with some things, but the owners were so quick to respond and offer solutions, that it was still worthy of 5 stars! So grateful for their hospitality and willingness to make it right!

Me and my three boys met friends from the east coast at this house for hiking at Zion. It was a wonderful stay. I would’ve liked an actual grill instead of a smoker because we were just grilling and it was tough to use and the AC was locked at 78 which was a challenge but the place was beautiful and the boys loved the upstairs bunk room. It was clean and really close to the pool. All in all an excellent stay.

We loved this home. Everything was clean, well organized, and perfect for our family. We are a family of 7 and felt as though we had plenty of room. The location was awesome, we could walk to one of the pool areas and short drive to the other. There is plenty around us with grocery stores and restaurants. Beautiful scenery! I would return here again.

Comfortable home with many activities nearby

So we are a sorority and we were looking for a place to stay for the weekend. This place was readily available and affordable for how many people we needed to accommodate. The actual property was gorgeous and had plenty of space for everyone. The pool was an added bonus for us and in general everything was amazing. We will definitely be looking at staying here again in the future.

It was perfect.

Overall very clean, nicely appointed, furnished. Maintained well. Good location with 2 pool areas and lots of pool activities. Beds comfortable. Parking is limited. We had a great stay.

This property was probably the cleanest and nicest I have rented through VRBO. It exceeded my expectation. We rent in this Little subdivision every year for our annual family reunion. This is the nicest property we have stayed at. It was well-maintained, the bathrooms were immaculate. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked with all supplies needed. The only thing of note was the light outside the front door needed a new lightbulb. Other than that, I have no complaints. I would rent from this host again.

I hosted a girl party of 16, with 6 adult daughters, daughter in laws, and 10 grand daughters. Everyone had a great time, and especially loved the pools and slides.

The house was nice and clean. Kid friendly except the air conditioner was making the whole house super cold for the kids. It was like the thermostat had a mind of its own and would kick on even after it was programed to higher temperatures at night for the kids. Other than that, it was amazing and I would definitely recommend!

I would not stay at this home again. The beds are worn-out and uncomfortable and this unit has some major electrical issues. Fans don't work or squeak, fan remotes are missing batteries. The Master bathroom outlets don't work unless you turn on the shower light. The outdoor furniture is worn and the upstairs bedrooms are lived-in hard. Don't cook anything on the stove or you'll set off the smoke detectors and the fan in the kitchen didn't work. The ice maker wasn't consistently making ice either. We've stayed at several other homes in the area, the area is great, but this home needs to be refreshed and the deferred maintenance addressed.
