Stayed Oct 24, 2024We stayed at this home for 4 nights towards the end of Oct. The home is as promised in the description: updated, modern, well appointed and quite off the beaten path. The home sits down a dirt road in a neighborhood of large rural properties. This lends itself to being exceptionally quiet. The large patios on the front and back of the house provide shady places to sit with coverage (protection!) from the sun. The front of the house has a nice view out to open space and the hills beyond. There are several very nice rooms which could easily accommodate a large group though we only had 4 adults for this trip. The master is truly amazing with a spa like bath and large bedroom with ample windows and light. The kitchen is spacious and open to the main living area. The house was extremely clean and well cared for. While remote the home isn't too far from Scottsdale. You end up doing a bit of driving to get to 'town' amenities but access to hiking and biking trails is quite close. The owners are putting in a pool and spa which wasn't ready for our stay, but was quite close to completion. That'll certainly put this already exquisite property up into another level. Would certainly stay there again if in the area.
