Desert House Palm Springs is a modern 3BR/2BA retreat designed for easy indoor-outdoor living. Enjoy a bright, open layout with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space. The large private backyard features a large pool, spa, BBQ, and areas for lounging and dining. Located just 5 minutes from Uptown Palm Springs and a short walk to groceries, coffee, and restaurants—perfect for a relaxed and convenient desert getaway.

A thoughtfully designed, desert modern retreat that balances style, comfort, and effortless indoor-outdoor living. Whether you’re here to relax, entertain, or explore, the home offers a seamless blend of luxury and ease.

The open-concept layout is centered around a bright, spacious living area featuring a large, comfortable sectional, a statement chandelier, and a bar cabinet—perfect for gathering with friends or unwinding after a day in the sun. A large smart TV, indoor fireplace (seasonal), and oversized mirror add both function and style to the space.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full meals, with a large island and bar seating that naturally brings people together. A Nespresso machine with starter pods, along with a full range of cookware and essentials, makes it easy to settle in.

The home comfortably accommodates a variety of stays with three well-appointed bedrooms:
• The primary suite features a king bed, en suite bathroom with double vanity and rain shower, a walk-in closet, and direct access to the pool
• The second bedroom offers a king bed and TV
• The third bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and a dedicated workspace

All bedrooms are designed for comfort and privacy, each equipped with a smart TV.

Step outside and you’ll find the highlight of the home—a large, private backyard designed for classic Palm Springs living. The pool (which we jokingly refer to as the biggest in Palm Springs) and attached spa are surrounded by daybeds, umbrellas, and multiple lounge areas. An outdoor dining table and grill make it easy to enjoy meals outside, while the expansive yard and mountain views create a setting that’s both vibrant and relaxing.

Note: Our spa heater is currently under maintenance so spa heating may not be available for any April 2026 bookings. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I assure you the pool is just fine.

Additional amenities include board games, a vinyl record player with a small but growing collection, indoor portable speakers, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home.

The location offers the best of both convenience and privacy—just a short walk to groceries, coffee, restaurants, and a gym, and only a quick drive to downtown Palm Springs.

Parking is available in the garage and driveway, with a maximum of three vehicles in accordance with local regulations.

Palm Springs Desert House is ideal for couples, small groups, or anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located desert escape—whether that means relaxing poolside, hosting a laid-back gathering, or enjoying everything the city has to offer.

Other things to note
Pool & Spa Heating
Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee of $60 per day. Pool heating is offered seasonally from November through March, while spa heating is available year-round. Note: Our spa heater is currently under maintenance so spa heating may not be available for April 2026 bookings. Sorry for the inconvenience.

If you would like to add heating to your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to arrival so we can have everything prepared for you.

Fireplace
For comfort and seasonal safety, the indoor fireplace is available for use during the cooler months and is not in operation from April through October.

Palm Springs Good Neighbor Policy
Palm Springs has strict vacation rental regulations designed to preserve the peaceful, residential character of the neighborhood. By booking, guests agree to follow these local ordinances.

Key guidelines include:
• No outdoor music or amplified sound at any time
• Quiet hours from 10 PM to 10 AM
• Maximum occupancy and vehicle limits must be observed
• No parties or events
