The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area provides a bright, welcoming space to gather, complete with a cozy fireplace for cool desert evenings. The home includes two king bedrooms in the main house and a separate private casita—ideal for guests seeking added comfort and privacy. Large windows and sliding doors create seamless transitions between indoor relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.

Out front, a private yard with mountain views is ideal for slow mornings with coffee, while tucked-away seating areas offer quiet spots for evening cocktails. Whether you're sunbathing, swimming, or unwinding under the stars, the outdoor areas are made for relaxation.

Location
Located in the peaceful Demuth Park neighborhood, this home offers a serene escape while staying close to the best of Palm Springs. You're just minutes from the airport, downtown dining and shopping, local golf courses, hiking trails, and the scenic Demuth Park loop. Convenience meets tranquility in this easygoing desert retreat.

Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs only—no other animals are permitted at our homes.
• Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
• Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive damage caused by dog, could result in additional fees. Any signs of any animals on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee per animal. To clarify, cats are not allowed.

Additional Policies & Rules
• No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 25+ years of age
• Guests will sign a Ryson Terms and Conditions form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
