We are a picky family and generally can find two or three things that just aren't as described or simply not up to par. But not with this place! We had no complaints at all!THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT!The house was spotless, both inside and out. We had all of the little things (plates, cookware, etc.) that we needed to cook for the week. The location was private, quiet, and beautiful. The house is spacious, and my family of four had WAY more than enough room.If you want to not be bothered for the duration of your vacation, I highly recommend this property. The Rio Verde area is indeed a bit remote (this is a good thing!), but you can still get to restaurants/grocery store in 20 minutes or so. Communication with property owners was fantastic and friendly. Chad walked me through heating the pool/spa and made sure that all questions were answered.Thanks so much for maintaining such a fantastic home! I whole-heartedly recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

Home was gorgeous. Wanted a place where we could go as a family and our adult kids and each bring a friend. It was perfect. Huge house, great outdoor setup for entertainment with game room with retractable windows. Had a nice relaxing vacation with our kids plus two bonus kids. Would highly recommend and would love to rent it again. A little far out but it was perfect not being on top of anyone. Hosts were very responsive and great communication. A rating!

Clean well appointed luxury home. The property was more remote than anticipated but was convenient for many nearby hikes.

We had a week-long trip with three generations and this home is a 10/10! We take a trip like this every year and it’s always in a different location, but we’re now thinking we may come back to this special home. The home lay-out is perfect, it’s incredibly well stocked with kitchen items and the game room that opens to the pool area was all of our favorite. The location is a bit remote, but the home is so great, it doesn’t even matter.

Fantastic, Wow, beautiful, this place is amazing were all words repeated over and over during our stay. We are 4 couples that stayed 5 nights in Feb. and no one wanted to leave and are already planning when we can go back! The house and pictures are exactly as advertised, and we had plenty of room both indoors and out. The views and sunrises from the rooftop were amazing! The outdoor area with the table for 8, lounge chairs, hot tub, fire features and bar area with sliding windows were highlights. The house was clean and well supplied with plenty of spices and extras for cooking. Communication both before and during our stay were great and the Welcome book had detailed instructions for us during our stay. They have thought of many extras to enhance our stay such as nice towels in all bedrooms, beach towels for hot tub/pool and blankets in the living room to curl up by the fire when the evenings got cool and labels for the many lights switches! It is in a rural area on an unpaved road, our rental car handled it just fine, but in our opinion that enhanced our stay, virtually no traffic and plenty of nature sounds were enjoyed by all! You do need to plan ahead with a grocery list but that is a small thing compared to the ability to relax, recharge and enjoy everything this house has to offer. If you are undecided about this house, don't hesitate just to book it, you won't regret it!
