The Backyard Oasis

The backyard is truly the star of the show.

Spend your days lounging beside the private pool, cooling off under the Arizona sun, or enjoying a drink poolside while the kids splash and play. As the sun begins to set, the backyard transforms into a completely different experience.

String lights begin to glow, the desert sky turns shades of pink and orange, and the spa becomes the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Phoenix.

• Hot tub heat is complimentary year round and heats on demand to 100°F, with 102°F available if preferred. It is not maintained hot between stays, so you will want to request it be heated before you arrive.

• Pool heat: October through April, pool heat to 84°F is $50 per day with a 2 day minimum and 48 hours’ notice. Actual water temperature may vary slightly during unusually cold or windy weather.

Whether you're sipping coffee in the morning, spending the afternoon in the pool, or enjoying a quiet evening under the stars, this space was designed for relaxation.

• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Exterior security cameras monitor the front of the property only.
• Pool and landscaping professionals may briefly access the property during routine maintenance visits.
• If you'd like the spa heated during your stay, please let us know before arrival so we can have it ready for you.
