Depoe Bay Townhome w/ Deck & Stunning Ocean Views!

Nice place to stay, there is a set of stairs that you have to go up to access the second bedroom, living room and kitchen so if you have somebody with you that has difficulty with stairs, probably not a good fit. This property is modern and very well decorated, looks to be for sale so that would probably explain why living room furniture hasn’t been replaced the loveseat/couch has a hole in it, and wear and tear here in there. bed and linens were very nice. property was clean and it was nice to see that they use a professional cleaning service.You definitely can walk to the depot Bay shopping and then to observe the ocean by the whale center.We ate at Gracie‘s, which is really good for fresh seafood, very busy during rush hour, but got served pretty quick. View from balcony was nice but you are across the street so it’s not super close to ocean.

The view of the Bay was beautiful. The house is very quaint. The kitchen was stocked with an ample supply of dishes, pans and utensils.

Such a great property. Lots of amenities. Breathtaking view of the ocean. Would definitely come back.

We loved staying here. Great location and great house for family and pets. Conveniently located between Lincoln City and Newport. Walking distance to Depoe Beach right across the street. Super nice area.It was described as sleeps 5 guests (because the couches are futons). However, there are no sheets for those futons. Luckily, my son brought is own pillow, there was a mattress cover to put on one futon and he just used a blanket. The couches are not super comfortable to sit or sleep on....but that would not deter us from staying here again. We were even allowed to check in a couple hours early.As a side note: there is an identical unit next door on this townhome. We had some no rain days and enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evenings. Unfortunately, Oregon has legalized pot and so the guests next door smoked (as it would seem everyone else does in this state!) It just reeked. Could not go outside or have the glass doors open for air. It would be nice if there was some kind of rule about when or where they can smoke weed listed in the guest book so it did not interfere with other guests).

Minor glitch at check in which was quickly and easily resolved. The townhome is centrally located to all Depoe Bay amenities. Once we parked the car in the garage - we didn't need it for the rest of our stay. The interior is open and spacious with lovely views from the main living area. We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and coffee area. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, modern space with amazing views! The beds were super comfortable. We had a few glitches, but the response was quick, which I appreciated. Would stay again.

This was a great place to stay for the weekend with my adult kids! Kitchen had all we needed and the rooms were spacious and clean! The only issue was the master bed does have a massive slope on one side.

Well appointed. Very nice view (interfering leaves gone). Close to, well, everything. Advertised as suitable for elderly, but for anyone with mobility issues, the 14 stairs were a bit daunting, and there were no grab bars in the showers and in the toilet areas. The sofas were less than comfortable, and the king bed had a slope that made it difficult to turn over (all uphill you know).Great view of the king tide waves and beautiful sunsets.

The location was very convenient, wonderful restaurant, Tidal Raves, across the street. Nice kitchen and upstairs area. View was across the main highway but could see the ocean and rocky inlet. Enjoyed our stay!

Nice location. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet. The ocean view is there but limited as it’s blocked trees. 101 runs below but the sliders made the unit quiet. The unit is showing some wear including the one sofa and the carpet in the master bedroom mattresses were not the best. TV didn’t operate per the house instruction book. We rent a lot of VRBOs and understand the common issues. At the price we paid, we expected a little better.

Loved the home very beautiful had pretty much everything you need in the kitchen and would 100% stay again except there’s a couple down sides the view of the ocean is blocked by trees, the couches aren’t comfortable, and the showers water pressure isn’t that good

The property was nicely located and fairly well stocked. We had trouble getting all of the lights to work and it wasn’t as clean as we expected. We also couldn’t get one of the windows to open or the fireplace to work.

We loved the property. A quick walk to the beach, dinner and shops.

It was easy to check in and unload. kitchen had everything you needed, clean and quiet. We were able to watch Tidal Raves parking lot and determine best time to go eat!! Was nice to watch the waves coming in to the bay. We saw whales!

Location was great with a view of the beach. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Thankful for the washer and dryer since this was the second stop on our week trip. The bed downstairs was the most comfortable. We will be back to enjoy depoe bay and this lovely house.

Beautiful property with all the amenities we needed to experience a beautiful week in Depoe Bay. Exceptionally clean, organized and easy to navigate. Huge plus, the property is a short walk away from shops, great coffee, food, the coast, whale watching and more. Perfect trip.

Beautiful views of ocean,great distance to town and lovely walk to Boiler Bay. Comfortable accommodations, clean except for first impression of outside of house and garage and sliding glass windows. All in need of sweep, windows dusty and streaked..I cleaned windows. Bedroom window street level broken and couldn’ close or lock. Owner emailed but no response. Made bedroom chilly and felt unsafe since by myself . Otherwise lovely house and stay

The property is very modern with beautiful finishes. The view is really great. The kitchen is well equipped as are the bathrooms with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. It is a quiet neighborhood, except for the traffic sounds from the coast Highway. Unfortunately the window in the downstairs bedroom was slightly ajar because a previous tenant had broken the crank to open and close the window. It made it noisy in that bedroom at night due to the traffic. We spoke with the host and she told us that they had a repairman coming out next week to fix the crank. We also could not get the fireplace to turn on and she told us there was an issue with how it had been installed. It was very nice to have a garage for us to park our car in. If we wanted to spend time in Depoe Bay again, we would definitely choose this rental for our stay.

Nice and new, clean and well appointed. Sofa comfort would be my only knock. Highly recommend.

Condo in Depoe Bay is very nice. Central to Newport and Lincoln City. Would stay again.

Great weather was a bonus. Nice place. Met our needs well. Unfortunately, Couches are uncomfortable and could not be turned to enjoy the wonderful view. A Recent Change of management company resulted in no cleaning until after we arrived, but a very nice lady took care of us.

Awesome location to some great restaurants and shops. We had a great view from our deck. We even saw whales from the deck. Unit is very spacious with everything that you would need for your stay. Communication was good.. Highly recommend this unit when traveling looking for a place at the beach!

We enjoyed our stay in this Depoe Bay townhome. The home was nicely appointed and had everything we needed for a great week of exploring the coast. The views from the balcony and primary bedroom were beautiful. Having a garage was helpful, too!

Fabulous rental. The view is awe-inspiring and the unit was beautiful. It was immaculate and well appointed. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone who's planning to visit the area.

Nice spot

My husband and I and his brothers and wives came yearly to Depoe Bay for 20 years but always stayed at a condo. This trip it was just my sister in law and me, the survivors from the 6 of us. We walked all over the Depoe Bay Area, going out on the peninsula on the rocks and spotting whales, visiting Boiler Bay, and the shops and eating out in the restaurants as well as sharing memories of other times we had been there. What a beautiful trip and this VRBO was perfect for our needs. We loved the view and being out on the deck. We had TV to watch the presidential debate, cards and other games to play and an ok kitchen. The beds are comfortable, there is both a walk in shower and a bathtub, and 2 nice bathrooms. We parked in the garage where I could also wash my dog in the utility sink. We created some great memories here.

We enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Things for our dog, like towels and water bowl, were provided. Would stay here again.

We stayed for a girls trip/birthday and we loved it! It was very clean and it was nice being in between Newport and Lincoln City. Bed were comfy as well! We would definitely stay again.

This home was perfect for my wife and I. We used it as a base of operations for day trips up and down the coast. The views out the back were very nice. So many good restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
