Denver 3bed/2 bath with spacious backyard

Great stay/property all around ?

Kevin and Amanda were very accommodating. The back yard was great for our lab!

The entire house was clean and well stocked. The layout was perfect for us and we had plenty of room in the bedrooms and living space. Kitchen/dining room were beautiful. The hosts were amazing, super friendly and very understanding and helpful. The yard was beautiful and perfect for our dog, and the location was perfect for us. The neighborhood was very safe and walkable. We highly recomend this property.

Huge backyard for our dog was fantastic. Old town was beautiful. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The host book with tips for the area was helpful. 2 bathrooms was great and welcome snack basket with s’mores kit for the firepit.

Wonderful. Neighborhood was lots of amenities around. The house is very clean, and the backyard was wonderful. Quick trip, but this is definitely a great location and home.

It was perfect! It was between both Denver and boulder and the hosts were super quick to respond when we had issues with the coffee machine and replaced it the day of! I can’t say enough nice things this was an excellent place to stay and would absolutely come back for my next trip to Colorado

Property was perfect for our trip in which we spent a lot of time at events. Some minor improvements suggested; hand towels in bath rooms, hangers in 3rd

This was the perfect location for us to visit our Mines student and partake of early-morning activity at Red Rocks. Our dog loved the backyard and we enjoyed the fire feature.Everything was clean and exactly as presented in the listing. We'll definitely try to stay here again in the future.

My cousins and I were looking for a place to stay that would enable us to visit Denver as well as Golden and Red Rocks - with minimal driving. This place was perfect. It is 20 minutes from all of the locations we were interested in seeing - the house itself was clean and quiet. We had a flawless experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore all that Denver and it's surrounding areas have to offer.

We all felt right at home! Very cute house, with a large back yard for kids to run around in. It is located in a very friendly, quiet neighborhood. We would recommend this house to everyone.

If you are planning a family trip to Denver this place is great. Everything is clean and comfortable. The back yard is spacious and great for kids and pets. Our pointer loved running and playing in the back yard!

This house was in a great central location for all of the activities on our trip. We did several day trips to various places outside of Denver - RMNP, Garden of the Gods and Red Rocks. The neighborhood is quiet, felt safe, and is near grocery stores, etc. The house itself had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer. Communication with the hosts leading up to our stay was outstanding. They responded quickly to all of my questions and they were wonderful to work with. We would stay here again!
