In winter, you're less than a 10-minute drive to Homewood Ski Resort, with Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley about 30 minutes away as well. In any season, shopping, restaurants, and more are available right in Tahoma, as well as Tahoe City, just nine miles north along the picturesque lakeshore.
This split-level, contemporary getaway includes a great room, full kitchen, master bedroom with a full bathroom, and a half-bath on the main level. This space boasts an open floor plan, with tall, slanted ceilings and comfortable leather furniture throughout. Sit at the bistro table near the fireplace and enjoy a mug of tea, or spread a board game out on the coffee table after a day on the slopes.
Large windows showcase the scenic outdoors, and a sliding glass door off the living room leads to the deck. Family meals can be had at the large dining table (with seats for all eight guests), and in the full kitchen, you'll have everything you'll need for food preparation. In fact, the chef in your group will feel right at home here, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including a double ovens), plates, pots, pans, and more!
The primary suite includes its own deck access, a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, and a full bathroom with a soaking tub. It's like having your own, private oasis in lovely Lake Tahoe.
All remaining bedrooms are located down the slate-tile covered stairs, as well as a den and a full bathroom. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one with an entry out to the patio, and the full bathroom has a large, spacious shower. In the last bedroom, you'll find a twin-over-full bunk bed - a great room for kids to share!
Other amenities here include a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and WiFi throughout. The proximity to many attractions, like Lake Tahoe's shoreline and a number of ski resorts make this vacation home a popular year-round destination! Rent stand-up paddle boards at West Shore Sports for a day out on the water or walk to the beach at the end of Pine Street - it's just a quick half-mile from your door.

We had a great stay. The place was clean and kitchen well appointed. It was a great location for spending the day at Sugar Pine Point State Park. We had a hard time getting into the place. The code provided did not work. The backup lock-box had no key. Luckily we were able to connect with someone over the phone who walked us through accessing the 3rd lock-box that had a key.
Loved most about this property. Things that were not cleaned well were sheets, dirty dishes in cabinet and coffee grounds...a lot of them...left in coffee pot. TV projector did not work. Beach towels were not clean. Extra linens would be a plus and more attention to cleanliness. I would not like to start my vacation by cleaning what I pay a cleaning fee for. We loved the layout with plenty of space. More games would have been nice. Close to store and restaurants and beaches that were not overcrowded. I would stay here again if I know that cleaning was improved
Very spacious and close to beautiful Meeks Bay Resort, many restaurants and stores. Unfortunately, it lacks attention to detail and cleanliness.
Enjoyed our stay. Kids enjoyed playing in the big yard. Close to all.
Beautiful home had no issues here, definetly coming back!
we loved everything! the spacious dinning table to sit and enjoy meals or games with family, the well equiped kitchen that even have a slow cook pot! definetly we felt at home :)
Great layout for a family of four plus grandparents. Plenty of space in the kitchen plus having a family room upstairs and down was nice to spread out. Driveway/front yard is a nice spot to play outside. Backyard is typical Tahoe- trees and pinecones. :) Wish there was a spot to put outdoor gear instead of leaving it in the car - would be nice to be able to layout wet stuff. It was near the neighborhood playground, pizza and the market is less than a two minute drive.
We loved our stay here, the house is spacious,, cozy, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is amazingly equipped, everything you need and more. Quiet neighborhood, 15’ drive to Tahoe city and 25’ drive to the ski resorts. We would stay here a million time more. Absolutely recommend.
We loved every minute of our stay in this lovely house. There are plenty of games to amuse our children. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need and basic were provided.
The great room was great! And we enjoyed the gas fireplace on cold mornings and evenings…
