Deluxe Redwoods | Huge House with Spa Pool

We stayed here with a group of family and friends and it was perfect. Convenient to the center of town while also quiet, and the spot on the hill gave an amazing view of the lake. Dream kitchen, cozy common areas.

Great location, house is large and accommodates many. House is very old and quite fun Down. Communication not the best.

Awesome place to stay. Great location. Will definitely be back.

The house was an excellent base for the Christmas period, with tonnes of space for our big family, and with all the amenities required.

Everything was easy-you can see the lake and the view is great! Would highly recommend for a large group-lots of parking-had 4 cars and they all fit in the driveway

We loved our time here ( even as it rained heavily all the time we stayed) with a warm toasty fireplace, comfortable beds, great showers and a well equipped kitchen. We had a puncture to fix and neighbors came from all sides to offer assistance. It was much appreciated.

The main floor was decent with updated bathrooms and kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Making sense of the switches to torn things on and off were not intuitive and made no sense. The worst was the basement with a moldy bathroom ceiling and clearly mostly smell throughout the basement.it became difficult for me to breath. A dehumidifier or an air conditioner would have helped with this. Not to mention the separate hai cold faucets in the basement bathroom. We didn’t use the hot tub so I have no comment on that. I wouldn’t recommend this as high on my list.

The house is huge. Great parking. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook or entertain. The house is worn and needs some TLC. Very musty from having the hot tub in the bottom level. We appreciated the great reception and communication from the owners.

Group of 6 adults found it a very good location for all Rotorua has to offer. Plenty of beds available, well stocked kitchen.

The facilities were very big for our family of 8 people. The hot tub was refreshing after a long day. The views were nice. The dishwasher was a little tricky to get started.
