Lovely clean home in great surroundings next to intra coastal

Good trip. All went well

My husband and I arrived into Delray late at the end of March exhausted due to airline delays from Buffalo NY. Upon our entry into our Delray rental home, we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and fresh flowers! It was a such a wonderful welcome. The property owner,John, who we got to meet personally was readily available to answer any questions we had. The property itself which is spacious offers all amenities one would want during a vacation. The pool is the perfect depth and size for people of all ages. Being right on the water was also a plus which provided not only a beautiful view but also successful fishing off the dock. My family members ended up catching decent size bass and catfish. The property is in close proximity to so much!! Grocery stores, and restaurants, along with Atlantic Avenue shopping and art museums just minutes away. Lastly we enjoyed spending time at Atlantic Dunes Park which is a family friendly beach with life guards and public restrooms. Again it is just a few minutes away. Definitely need to book this home! You wont regret it!

John’s home provided all the amenities that fulfilled our wish list. The location within a 3 minute drive to the beach or the choice to enjoy the backyard pool/spa on the canal was a debate each day. Whether dining outside at night by the pool or gathered around the spacious kitchen made each meal feel casual and easy.We look forward to enjoying John’s home again next winter.

Our stay was delightful. The house was great, and very well kept. John was easy to communicate with and helpful upon request. This would be our first choice next year.

Place is spotless and total perfection. We loved the house and dock access. Will try to stay again next year. Totally worth it!

I can’t say enough about this home. A group of friends from Wisconsin thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent most of our time around and in the pool. The backyard is beautiful and on a lagoon off the inter coastal. The house is in a perfect area of Del Ray, very close to the beach and downtown. We always felt safe walking around the neighborhood and walking or golf-cart-ing to the grocery store and shops where there is a variety of markets, fast food and restaurants. Extra amenities such as bikes, chairs, and towels were provided. . The house was clean and nicely renovated! It is in in a quiet, cute, and quaint neighborhood. The kitchen, living area, and rooms were decorated well and was spacious for a group of 7! The pool was perfect and there was plenty of seating options around the pool/patio. The best part was the backyard where we spent almost all of our time. The house was clean and modern. Highly recommend!
