Stayed Dec 15, 2023A modern townhouse, nice on suite primary bedroom and perfect location to Atlantic Ave. Only a mile or so to Delray Beach. Host was very responsive to questions. The pool area was disappointing without chairs and too much shade but is expected to be improved during the year. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning longer next season.

Stayed Apr 9, 2022We stayed at this home during our visit to Miami. The owner was flexible to let us check in earlier (3pm vs 5pm). The home is located in the nice and safe residential area (close to Delray beach and downtown). It has a community pool right next to the unit but it was a bit dirty (lots of leaves) and so we didn't end up using it. We have had several problems with the home during our stay. The hallway bath upstairs was clogged and we couldn't use it. The owner didn't offer to fix it herself but asked us if we want to call her contact to fix it (during our vacation time). The door lock stopped responding to our code after one try since we think batteries died. We ended up finding a solution with the garage clicker. The trundle bed in kids room was broken on one end though we were still able to use it. All the mattresses had a cover on them that made any turning during the night rather noisy. We will not be returning.
