DELIGHTFUL WORKCATION JUST 5 MIN FROM THE BEACH IN GATED COMMUNITY

Great spot. Easy to get around with Uber. A lot of restaurants in walking distance too. Pool area was perfect. Nice and quiet and we had it to ourselves most of the time. Host was awesome. Provided us with all the info we needed. Answered questions quickly. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Only complaints my in-laws had were the beds were too firm, and the water didn’t get hot in the shower. My fiancé and I prefer a firm bed and the water didn’t bother us because it at least got warm. Just not hot. Overall this place is well priced and a good place to stay. We would stay here again :)

Cute house! We loved our stay here. In the middle on the marina and the malecon. Close to Walmart, sams club and costco. In one of the bathrooms the water didn't get really warm. The community pool didn't seem like it was cleaned recently and didn't smell like chlorine...the water was cloudy. But the house was great and the property manager was really nice and helpful and was quick to respond to my messages.

We loved our time at this property! It is located in a very safe gated community in the middle of Puerto Vallarta, a short 10 minute drive away from the beaches. We had a bed each for our three kids, as well as one for my wife and I. Literally one block away there is an absolutely amazing market and street with many street vendors ranging from tacos to tortas, to fresh juices and more. 10 minutes in the other direction is El Pitillal, a working class neighborhood with amazing food and a really interesting vibe. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone, especially foodies like us! You will not be disappointed!!

I was very impressed with both the both the house and the complex. The house has every amenity you may need (even a bike!). It was clean, well-cared for, bright and spacious. The pool and surrounding area in the complex were beautifully landscaped and well cared for. Fernando was an excellent host. He was always quick to respond and super helpful. I was very impressed. For anyone who enjoys cycling, there are designated bike paths just outside the complex that take you right to the Malecon in 20-25 minutes. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in Puerto Vallarta. Thank you!

After 7 weeks of timeshare moving four times it was great to stay for a month in one place. It had everything we needed for a great stay. The pool and grounds we beautiful and well kept. Thank you

This is a great house, the courtyard was a nice place to sit in the hottest part of the day. The pool in the complex was nice and we were the only ones there several times. The complex is a little far from the tourist strip/old town, but easy to drive to. This location is a little far for walking to the beach, but the host’s description is accurate. We had 2 small issues while we were there and Fernando and Mildred were very helpful.

Great house with everything you need (coffee maker, laundry room, beach towels, boogie boards, and much more). The owner is very easy to work with and professional. We were traveling with a group and everyone thought our house was the BEST! Highly recommend!

Fernando was very good to us as he helped plan a surprise dinner at the condo , recommended chefs to cook us a beautiful birthday dinner. It was simply amazing! The grounds are immaculate, staff so friendly and helpful. Close to the corner store and a great meat shop. The bus is so easy to take from this location to Walmart Malacon Marina airport. Very central. Fernando responds very quickly and is very helpful. I would certainly recommend this property ! Great holiday !
