Stayed Jun 21, 2025Overall the house worked well for us. The space was just right for us. The kitchen was well equipped and large enough for our group. The main issues were the pool and hot tub were not clean, light bulbs out in several lamps with none available to replace them, and one of the A/C units was not cooling for several days. The A/C company came while we were there which was an inconvenience to deal with for most of a day. Other than these items, the house worked well for us.

Stayed May 6, 2025We are a group of gals that take an annual golf trip. Sea Island was a bucket list. The house was absolutely perfect, better than the pictures! The sun room was a wonderful spot to hang out and come together. We also appreciated the well appointed rooms/bathrooms. Just so nice to have our own space to retreat to. Finally, what a fabulous kitchen. We just can't say enough about the gracious home! Would come back to this home in a heartbeat!Than you again for making our stay so incredible!

Stayed Sep 12, 2024We had a lovely stay at this charming property. There were four families staying here and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house is just steps from the beach and all kinds of beach and pool toys for the kids to use. Thanks so much for sharing your little slice of heaven.

Stayed Sep 26, 20232nd stay in 3 years. Great location. Very comfortable for 10 people. Between the pool and the beach, which is less than 5 minute walk, the kids loved it. We plan to return in 1-2 years. My only suggestion is that the exterior of the house and the grounds receive some TLC before then.

Stayed Jul 30, 2022The property is laid out extremely well for family to allow togetherness and alone time. The kitchen remodel is wonderful. With 13 people, we ate most meals here. There’s room for puzzles, games etc. Pool is wonderful and feels so refreshing! You are right at the beach with only one home between front door and ocean! This was our 3rd year here and have plans to return. Love this house and location!

Stayed Apr 27, 2022I can't rave enough about this property. It was truly perfect for the group we were traveling with...several couples and two infants. There were plenty of pool/beach towels, a healthy starter supply of paper products and nice bath products, and so much space to spread out. The house layout is so smart with each bedroom having its own bathroom and giving each guest privacy. The updated kitchen was a dream for entertaining and was stocked with all the essentials for making large meals. Having two dish washers and a separate ice maker were nice touches that really came in handy. The house manager was very responsive to all our questions and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The only thing that could've made our trip any better is if the pool/hot tub heater had been working, but it wasn't a big deal as the beach was only steps away. Our party has already started making plans for a return next year!
