Delightful pool bungalow in Cape Coral, close to beaches, airport, kid friendly

We had the best time at Nick and Robin's! The house is lovely and has a ton of room. We arrived the week of Thanksgiving and had everything we needed to cook a small Thanksgiving meal. Throughout our stay, we really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. This house is located in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood - my husband enjoyed playing pickleball every day at close-by Sands Park and we also enjoyed going on walks around the neighborhood. It's also close to a number of stores and restaurants and not a bad drive to various beaches. I work from home and my husband is retired, so it was great to have high speed and reliable wifi - I spent a lot of time working outside by the pool. We'd definitely recommend this house and are hoping to get back soon ourselves!

Stay was amazing..!!

I can't even begin to tell you what a wonderful time we had. Last year was a horrible year for us. I was diagnosed with breast cancer, had a double mastectomy, complications from the surgery and 35 rounds of radiation.I was basically stuck in a recliner for 3 months. Then they found a 95% blockage in my the part of my heart that is responsible for making the heart beat and I had to have a stent implanted and another 4 weeks in the chair. TO say that we needed this get away to recover and relax would be an understatement!!! This house was AHMAZING!! IT it so beautiful and the neighborhood is so nice and quiet. The pool was a dream come true. Beaches close by and great places to eat. We seriously couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you so much for having us. We are already talking about when we can book this again!!! If you are looking for a nice relaxing place to stay, near all the amenities, this is it!!! Tami & Davide.

It was an amazing experience. The house is beautiful and the pool is just right. The location was really good as well. To top it all off Nick was great to work with and made sure our stay went well.

The house needs a little TLC; but overall, we enjoyed our stay. A guest book would be a good addition to this VRBO. We fumbled with a few things in the house: front door, garage door, thermostat, pool heater and TV. A guest book with instructions would have helped.

We spent 2 weeks as a family over the holidays here! The owners were great with their communication before and during our stay! It’s centrally located, in a beautiful neighborhood, great for families, spacious and clean! The pool was heated which our kids and us enjoyed a lot! I hope to re-book with them in the future!

We were able to enjoy this house for three weeks. Super furnished and top clean. Everything up to date. The whole process from arrival to departure was perfectly organized. Should we ever need help, a quick email to Nick (even at 11:00pm) and the answer with the solution came immediately. Above all, we would like to say a big thank you to Nick, our host. MANY MANY THANKS NICK!!!!! A request to the next tenants of this or other houses. Please take care of the house and its furnishings, the next visitors will thank you. Thank you very much.

Had a wonderful stay

This house was perfect for our needs. Loved everything about the house and pool. Everything was as advertised. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time the house was gorgeous. The description was spot on. The layout of the house was perfect. There were 9 of us total and everyone had their own areas we weren't on top of each other. Anything you need they had beach chairs, toys and towels. They had floats for the pool. My granddaughter is 3 and doesn't know how to swim but she enjoyed the pool and had a blast. We will for sure be back. The owner was very helpful if there were any issues he took care of it (we only had one issue)
