Delightful home near beaches with heated pool, patio, lanai, grill, & streaming

This property was the worst, the pool was dirty and had dead animals in it. Curiously, I took pictures and 40 minutes later, two men entered the patio supposedly to clean it. So no privacy and we couldn't use the pool 24 hours after cleaning it when our vacation was for two days I told the people no and the owner wrote to me right away. That the next day the pool was going to be green and that it was because I had refused to have it cleaned. I felt that all this was disrespectful to their guests and it bothered me a lot. I told my husband out loud that all that was needed was for them to come and mow the lawn and the next day I woke up to noisy mowing machines everywhere that broke in not only. They invaded not only my privacy but also my peace of mind. This led me to think that they were listening to us, and to top it all off, I found cockroaches in the washing machines, so I do not recommend this place.

Bedding needs to be replaced, blinds needs to be replaced and pool area needs to be cleaned up. Also center rug needs to be cleaned out socks were grey after we were on the rug. Old Blood stains on bedding

Great location. Great house layout. Great pool area. Only thing it needs is a good thorough cleaning of the corners, under beds, and headboards.

Six people stayed for 3 weeks, and it was perfect!

The property is very beautiful and comfortable. The pool is perfect. We loved the house. Very clean and quiet.

Pool was nice but we found loose bricks in the bottom. Not great with children. House was disappointing as it was dirty. Outside furniture was covered in mould and mildew and not enough seating for everyone. Grubby bedding, dirty baseboards and someone had thrown up in the master bedroom toilet and the wall hadn’t been cleaned. Not at all what was advertised.

Neighborhood could be nicer, but house was clean and as advertised. Slight smell but overall ok.

Loved the spacious bedrooms and living area. Nice to have three full bathrooms. Pool was great.

Beautiful home. No dressers in the bedrooms so we lived out of suitcases on the floor for a week. They need a better cleaning service. Food in-between the couch cushions and spilled down the cabinets. Our feet were black after 15 minutes of being in the house. The pool heat is an additional charge, but the description says heated pool. It quit working while we were there and only had half our stay with a heated pool. The price adjustment didnt even cover one day and we were the ones who fixed it.The outdoor grill needs some attention. The home could be so much more with a little better attention to detail.

Beautiful home, pool was great and loved the layout. The garbage disposal in the sink is not working and the water from the dishwasher would back up into the sink. The most disappointing was upon arrival there was no toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent or dish soap in the house. With such a beautiful home this was a miss. To arrive after a long day of travel and need to go to the store before using the restroom was inconvenient srestroom

We could not fit our kids and grown grandchildren and 2 1/2 year old great granddaughter in our home, so we chose this home for their stay. They were happy with the home and the pool and the location. They appreciated that there were little bottles of shampoo, soap, etc as well as coffee pods for the coffee maker. Many nice touches. We were hoping to get later checkout time, but it was not available. All in all....would stay in this home again! Many thanks!!

Close to everything

I had a fantastic stay at Casa Bonita place! The House was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to beach and Main shopping stores which made exploring the area incredibly easy. I highly recommend staying here and would love to return on my next visit to Bonita Springs Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Beautiful home with lots of space and a great pool. However, no paper towels, toilet paper or laundry detergent were provided. In addition, the dishwasher did not work. Also, no outdoor trash bin. The property manager responded quickly however nothing was delivered on time when notified of missing items.
