Delightful Home, Close to Disney Parks

The home needed the floors vacuumed and used soap in the soap dish in the master bedroom shower. Dead dried frog and roach in the kitchen floor. We did have great communication with the host, who reimbursed some of the rental cost for the experience.

The house was spacious and clean. The host responded promptly to requests. The location very convenient. Close to stores and restaurants. Disney and other attraction (including via toll road) easily accessible. If there is something to wish for, it would be that the pool would be heated (eg solar water heater due to cost savings) Furthermore, the house could use some extra maintenance here and there.What was unfortunate is that the garage was full of stuff so it could not be used for the car, while this was stated in the information. Overall though very good experience and we would definitely rent again.

I stayed here with my family for 11 nights and it did not disappoint. About 25 minutes away from all parks. Loved the washer and dryer in unit. And two full bathrooms was very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. The host was responsive and the house was very clean. We all enjoyed the pool area which felt private despite having neighbours on either side. In fact, we only ever saw the neighbours once during our stay, and that was when they kindly offered us some delicious fresh mango from their mango trees. We have stayed in a number of different villa locations over the last few years, and for us this one was perfect. The commute to Disney and Universal was an easy 25 minutes, and we were not stuck in a single traffic jam the entire 3 weeks! We have stayed at closer villas but they ended up taking us longer to commute as we spent so much time stuck in traffic. It was also only a very easy 12 minute drive from MCO airport. Another bonus was that we found the local restaurants much quieter and staff very friendly, compared with places along the 192 or four corners areas. The villa itself was fully equipped with everything we needed, and even included beach items that we gladly made use of. We would definitely recommend this villa and location to others, and hope to return again next year.

My family and I stayed for a week for vacation. The place was great, very clean, easy to contact management and a great neighborhood.

While this property well situated near shopping districts and travel connections, the house itself requires some major upgrades, appliances are dated and did not work great - if you are planning on eating out then it may not be a problem, but as we are avid cooks this was less than ideal. Moreover, the kitchen was missing many items needed to cook, there was no BBQ and it made enjoying the property more difficult. The house requires a reorganization and deep clean, as we found that the cabinets, pots and pans and floors were not the cleanest when we arrived. No cleaning services was provided during our stay (we were there for a month), and we were advised to provide our own cleaning supply, which I think contributes to the overall cleanliness issue. In general, the property needs some TLC as lighting, bathroom fixtures, and paint could be updated.

The stay in general was pleasant. The pictures were accurate. only down side TV in children's room wasn't usable as the cable didn't work but didn't really miss it

The host was extremely accommodating and the all the park only took around 20 minutes to get to. From Universal to Sea World and Disney. The area of the house is nice and convenient and the property itself is nice. My family and I would stay here again.

Property is as described. Owners thought of everything guests might need!! Just a heads-up - it took us a second to realize we needed to manually open the garage door. Not a problem, just something to be aware of. Loved the neighborhood - convenient to plenty of restaurants and walmart - and it was very quiet. Great place for a family to stay!

Check in was easy, place was nice and clean! We all enjoyed the pool, but would have been nice to have the option to have it heated as it was pretty chilly. But overall it was a great place to stay for us!
