Ideal for those who love peaceful places but don t put aside services disposal. Located in a private and safe condominium which offers several options of leisure (cycle paths, cooper sidewalk, sports court and playground). It s a comfortable 2 floors house with good ventilation, surrounded by verandas(plus 2 balconies on the 2nd floor) permitting up to 8 hammocks. The 2nd floor has 2 en-suites, a bedroom and a large mezzanine. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, open plan kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, blender, water purifier), laundry & butlery, dining room and living room.
Location includes bed linen, towels, hammocks, colour TV with DVD player. Full time maid is available by request.
