Welcome to your tranquil,fully furnished home in the heart of Taos. This clean, relaxing, and safe adobe-style retreat is nestled against a backdrop of cottonwood trees, offering a perfect escape. Inside, the open-concept living space features high, beamed ceilings, and comfortable furnishings. For those needing to work, a dedicated workspace is located in the upstairs loft.

• Luxurious Bedrooms: Each bedroom features a brand new Helix Midnight Luxe King mattress for a restful night's sleep.

• Secondary Bedroom: Features a quaint atrium style sitting area.

It is a perfect retreat yet right near everything. A clean and safe place to come home to and decompress.

• Location: Located less than a mile from town, it’s a short drive (Uber/Lyft service available), or roughly a thirty minute walk. The plaza has retail shops, cafes, restaurants, and yoga studios. During summer/mid fall, the plaza has a great farmers market on Saturday mornings.

• Parking: Private driveway.

• House Rules: No parties, pets (except service animal), smoking, and outside guests.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, its furnishings, and all listed amenities during their stay. This includes the private patios, balcony, courtyard, and hot tub. We simply ask that you treat the home with care and respect.

Please review these important details before your stay:

• Spiral Staircase: The dedicated office space is in a loft accessed by a spiral staircase. This home may not be suitable for those with mobility issues or discomfort with stairs. For your safety, please use the outer, wider part of the steps.

• Hot Tub Usage: Your safety is important. Please use the hot tub with caution. By using the hot tub, guests assume all responsibility and personal liability for any accidents or injuries.

• Firewood: The Kiva fireplace is a wonderful feature. If no firewood is left from the previous guest, the purchase of firewood is the responsibility of the current guest.

• Security Cameras: For your security, there is a Ring doorbell near the front entrance, a camera in the side yard monitoring landscaping, and a camera overlooking the backyard forest for fire monitoring.

• Liability: Per our insurance policy, all guests assume their own responsibility and personal liability from the general use of the property.
