Delgado B-3: Just one block from Canyon Road!

This was a great property and a really good location to walking to all parts of Santa Fe. There were plenty of towels and bath supplies, but the kitchen could have used a kitchen towel, instead of us using a hand towel from the bathroom. And the refrigerator makes an odd percussion sound for about 15 seconds about once an hour. We thought it was the ice maker so I turned it off, but the noise persisted. Very minor issues considering how nice the property is.

The property was exactly as pictured, easy to find and to check-in. We only drove to Trader Joe's the first night for groceries, then walked everywhere. Property was convenient and quiet. Would highly recommend.

Great Property!

We really enjoyed being so close to canyon road and centrally located. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We liked having the private parking area. The management was very helpful.

Excellent service. I had a minor issue that was repaired quickly. The place was wonderful, and I would absolutely return. Very central to everything, professional all the way around - clean with all the little items I need. Thank you for making my stay great.

We enjoy these condos. All the amenities you need for 2 people with nice appliances and comfortable furniture. Highly recommend.

Much as we enjoyed our stay, Delgado and B 3 have a few issues. All the parking areas need more pea gravel so we don't track dirt inside. At night the steps down from the N parking area are very dark and there is no handrail so returning is scary for we oldsters. The refrigerator regularly makes loud gurgling noises; sleep is only possible with the bedroom door closed. The instruction for the safe say to press the red button to reset the code, but we could not find a red button. This could be a battery problem. A makeup mirror in the bathroom would be a welcome addition, but the new space heater is great.

Property was just as pictured and described...very spacious, clean, well decorated interior. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, lots of storage in bedroom for clothes etc. Great location (short walk or very short drive to town square, restaurants, shops, and Canyon Road galleries). VERY quiet at all times, but especially at night which was PERFECT as I am a very light sleeper. Loved not being right on a busy road like many of the hotels. Would definitely stay here or at one of the other Adobestar Properties again...especially while covid is still ongoing. Hotels seem to have no issue still charging exuberant rates despite not offering any of the usual services e.g. regular housekeeping. This place was very reasonably priced given the amenities... most notably the washer and dryer, dishwasher, ample square footage, dedicated parking, and having a full kitchen with high quality appliances was wonderful. You can't beat this place! Home away from home!

Easy instructions for access. Great space, everything needed, even made meals! Easy walk to downtown and canyon road. Very quiet. No view, but since we spent our days out and about, and it got dark so early, it wasn't an issue. Would be happy to stay there again.

Accommodations were excellent! Property Management team was responsive and helpful. The location allowed for easy walking to shops and entertainment .
