This stunning 3200+sf, completely remodeled, designer decorated, home is located in one of the best corner lots in South Palm Springs in the highly desirable and wind-free Deepwell Estates area, only minutes from all the restaurants and action in Downtown Palm Springs yet quiet and secluded.

COMPLETELY UPDATED POOL AND BACKYARD (as of November 2017) - the pool and back yard have been completely remodeled including brand new sparkling pool with sexy LED lighting, 8 person SPA, outdoor bar/kitchen area with built-in chefs BBQ and outdoor sink, cozy outdoor sitting area with large firepit, fully enclosed and totally private.


The house features an open floor plan with wonderful indoor-outdoor flow, exceptional light exposures, ultra-modern furnishings and exquisite art all around. The home includes 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 are en- suite), fully stocked gourmet kitchen with Viking Professional appliances, a separate breakfast area with pool views, a dining area with sitting for 6-8, comfortable outdoor sitting area, outdoor dining for 8, 4 pool lounge chairs, a pristine pool with a waterfall, brand new 5 person SPA, and manicured grounds.



The front lawn overlooks wonderful unobtrusive views of the San Jacinto Mountains, and includes two additional sitting areas and a fire-pit.

Both master suites include king size beds with luxury beddings (one bed is Tempur-style matress), over-sized bathrooms (one with two raindrop shower heads), large closets, iPod docs, a wall mounted fireplace, and 32inch LED TV’s.

The open living area includes a formal sitting area with a gas fireplace, and a large TV/Dining area featuring a 60 inch LED Smart TV with WIFI, Netflix, Bose sound system, and blue ray DVD player.

The home also features a covered private garage for 2 cars and ample private parking for 4 vehicles. The Deepwell Dream is your swanky Palm Springs retreat and is perfectly suitable for entertaining a family, a group of friends or a small gathering.

Additional Terms: This is NOT a party home! Its a peaceful luxury retreat located in the upscale DeepWell Estates neighborhood. Holiday and special event rates may be higher. Higher minimum nightly stay of 4-5 nights may apply during holidays and prime season months (February - April). Separate Rental contract required, No renters under 25 years of age, no smoking indoors, no parties allowed, outdoor music is not permitted in Palm Springs.

-One small/medium dog allowed only if approved in advance of booking and pet fee is paid ($125.00 + tax pet, 1 dog max, up to 40 lbs).
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability.
- Rental Rate covers occupancy for 6 guests, an additional fee (per guest) will apply for an additional 2 guests up to a maximum of 8 guests per the city of Palm Springs ordinance. - Pool Heating fee $125 per day, $875 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)
- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. 21 nights May - October. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay. We do not provide owner bills.
You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises.

Security devices - Ring camera doorbell on the front door, and security cameras at front door, backside gate and garage areas.

- Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower may freeze the system rendering it non-functional.

    The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor fire areas and the pool too. The location of the house was convenient to a large grocery store nearby and close to downtown for a short uber ride. We ate very well at several wonderful restaurants downtown.

    The property was exactly as described and pictured. Our family of 8 had plenty of space to relax and fully enjoy the home and all the amenities that it had to offer. It was well equipped and had every appliance you could think of. It was an amazing stay and the communication with host was seamless. We look forward to coming back!

    I used to not give reviews, but after a bad experience, I would like to give credit where credit is due. This place is beautiful. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and money into everything. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything that you might possibly need. The rooms are large, the beds/sheets are comfortable, and there's a t v in every room. The neighborhood is quiet and the streets are perfect for a walk after dinner. The only con was the tv in the living room - seems someone blew the speakers out. We didnt spend much time watching it tho - most of the time we were in the pool. Very easy instructions for spa as well.

    This property was perfect for our family. Very spacious and clean. The reason for the 4 stars is the spa jets were not working (heated fine) and the lounge chairs need replacing. One broke immediately and the others were going to if you weren't careful. Other than those small details, a great property.

    In general, we liked the house and the location (have stayed in same neighborhood before). Comfortable beds with high quality linens and bath towels. Very clean. Excellent washer/dryer. Plenty of room to enjoy outdoor area and lots towels for pool, etc. kitchen is well-equipped and plenty of plates/glasses for indoor and outdoor use. Only concerns: dishwasher is sub-par and despite rinsing, items often had to be rewashed, refrigerator capacity is small for a house that large. There were a few places where it looked like some repainting was in order. When I contacted property manager to say that pool was not warm enough, I did not receive a call in response, although I suspect they did adjust the temperature. Chemicals used in pool caused all of us to develop dry skin through the week, something we don't experience with salt water pools. Overall a very good experience, but not 5 stars.
