Deepwater retreat with dock and unobstructed views of the North Newport River!

If you find yourself in this area, this home is the perfect spot. Quiet area, beautiful home, huge fenced in yard for your pets to enjoy, amazing waterfront views from the back porch. Home was well equipped with everything we needed. Host was very accommodating to some specific requests and very easy to work with. Saw a pod of dolphins near the boat pier 5 minutes after we arrived. Felt like I walked into my parents home when we arrived and that’s a positive, just had that comfortable home feel. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

The view is incredible. We saw dolphins almost every night. Loved sitting on the back porch looking at the water. It’s a well kept fenced in yard. It was private and peaceful. The host was so kind. She thought of everything before we arrived with our little Yorkie. There was a dog bed. A leash and bowls in case we forgot anything. We hope to return in the future.

Julie is an excellent host. She makes sure every need is met. The property was amazing. Beds were very comfortable and the large shower in the master bedroom was definitely a plus. We hope to return again.

Our family, including the fur babies, had the best time staying in this home. We spent countless hours fishing from the dock and soaking up the beautiful views from the back porch. The host is wonderful and ensured that our stay was perfect. We look forward to returning soon.

I loved it. The space is beautiful, the dolphins come right to the dock, and the owner is really wonderful. Oh, and my dog loved having access to a dog door so no late night walks. Will rent again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. The view is absolutely amazing! We had the best time catching black drum and sheep head off the dock. We were able to bring our two dogs with us. I think they loved it as much as we did. We made alot of wonderful memories on this trip. Julie is absolutely amazing and is so kind. We can't wait to come back again!

Our family was pleased with this property for many reasons! The check in process was simple. Communication with Julie was wonderful. The property was even more beautiful than the pictures can express. We felt such peace as we entered the home and began to explore around. Such beautiful details and touches througout home and plenty of towels, toilet paper etc. We went on vacation as a family to ring in the New Year. This was the absolute perfect place to do it. We had so much space that we could each have our time alone and yet such a cozy atmosphere to enjoy togetherness as well. We also had our small dog with us and she had a blast with the freedom of that fenced in yard. Thank you so much Julie- each of our family members have agreed: we would love to return!

We took a long weekend to spend time together as a family and we all stayed here. Amazing place on the water that we so look forward to booking again! Julie was the best host we’ve ever had!

This was our third trip to Julie's house. She has been a fantastic host each time. The house is nice and clean, she has great communication. Location is very pleasant with awesome views and very little noise pollution from the dock. We fished each time with pretty good luck, though you will have to catch and release a bunch of oyster toadfish. Interior has several smart TVs. We had access to the host's Youtube TV as well each time, which was a nice touch.

Had a great time. Loved the huge fenced yard for our senior dog, and the nice dog beds! Clean, everything we needed. Great relaxing view from the dock and a spectacular sunset!

Couldn't as for a better place or property owner to weather out Hurricane Helene!! From the time of the booking (back in early summer) till the time we had to sadly leave, Julie made our little fall vacay a great experience. When we lost power for 2 days during our stay, she made sure we had everything that we needed, even though she was without power herself at her home. This is definitely our new go to place for our tips to the coast..

We had a great time and the communication was excellent with our host. She kept us up to date on everything after the hurricane and made sure we were well aware of the property status. Great place to stay for relaxing as you hang out with friends and family. Even with last minute changes on our end, she helped us out and I hope to go back soon.

We had the absolute best time staying here even though the weather did not cooperate with our son’s plan for a sunset engagement! The house was so beautifully decorated and was stocked with so many extras! We loved that the owner, Mrs. Julie, made special arrangements for our fur babies so they would have a special place to stay also! We went crabbing 2 days in a row and caught so many crabs on hand lines in the pouring rain! The engagement was done on the dock overlooking the water and it turned out to be so beautiful and precious! We are so thankful for being able to create so many special memories and hope to be able to go back in the near future!!

Absolutely perfect, the location, the hosts, the house. We were welcomed by Julie, our host, and immediately fell in love with this house. So many nice little touches! We especially enjoyed the huge covered porch and the fishing pier with its seating and a fish-cleaning station with running water at hand. Our family definitely hopes to return.

WE had a great time, even the Tropical storm could not stop us. The host is great and our dogs loved it there too.

House was well stocked and clean. I did love the rockers on the back porch and the nice breezes. Very relaxing! The host was very nice and helpful.
