Split lake front home. Lake Access and Private Dock Slip are located directly across the street from the house. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

TOILETRIES & PAPER PRODUCTS: Bed linens and bath towels provided w/rental. No soaps, toiletries, paper products, trash bags, etc. will be provided with the exception of a welcome bag including a few starter items. Please pack accordingly.

NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation.     This house was perfect for our family’s needs as far as space, variety of cookware and serving a large group. The rooms and beds were nice sized and linens were clean and plentiful. We enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated the included firewood. Our only complaints were that there were lots cobwebs and spiderwebs on some of the basement and living room ceilings and windows, and a lot of the fireplace smoke came out into the living room when we used it. We used the home’s vacuum to clean the basement ceiling webs (the vacuum had a bad smell and needed to be unclogged but we understand the home is also pet friendly). The fireplace fan did not sound like it was functioning properly or it maybe the chimney needed to be cleaned out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here! The proximity to the water and beautiful scenery from the deck were just what we all wanted.

    We had a large group. We were able to have kids upstairs, my husband and I on main level and the other family down stairs. It is a very nice house. Could use some updating and Air Conditioning. However, They did have fans. Had a great time.

    We wanted an affordable place for family and friends to meet for a long weekend that was dog friendly and on the water. this listing was the top of our search criteria and it fit the requirements. It is spacious for 10-12 people and the location is ideal. However it is very poorly maintained and has only the most basic amenities so keep that in mind. The listing is accurate that the house is sparse but it was a bit more rundown than the pictures showed. The basement has a humidity issue which is leading to some mold growth and the bathrooms are near breaking point. Overall the house hasn't been updated since the 80s so expect the usual issues like old windows and doors, poor lighting and saggy floors. Had to mark down because of all the quality issues. The location is ideal on a quiet section of the lake with a private dock. The house is massive and has enough furniture for 10 adults to have privacy and still meet for group meals.
