Great house to rent on Fort Myers Beach. The pool and spa were perfect and the location was handy to get to restaurants, the beach and golf courses. The host was very accommodating.

Great property and great stay!

The property was exceptional! Every other vacation I’ve always had a little let down when you realize the property isn’t exactly how it was shown in pictures. Well, this property was exactly as advertised and didn’t let down! The pool was heated, the hot tub was hot. Everything worked and any little thing you could need was thought of by the host. I had a couple questions for the host and before I could close my phone she answered the questions. The short walk to the awesome beach and neighborhood makes this the best location. I recommend and my family and I will be back.

This house worked perfectly for our family. The pool, hot tub and the overall cleanliness of the property was fantastic. Only downside for our family with a younger child was the walk to the beach from the house.

We enjoyed house and pool, listing is accurate. Location is great. We love walking to beach and appreciated having everything that we needed. Communication with host was excellent! We tried some of the recommended happy hours and totally agree. Would highly recommend and will plan on returning.

The pool never reached a temp higher than 74 degrees. The gas fire pit does not work. It would have been nice to have a tv in the bedroom. Over priced for what it offers.

Tammy was an amazing host! Very responsive to any questions. The house and yard were exactly as pictured. The backyard was fantastic - great for kids and adults. My only recommendation (and it is minor) would be to maybe add an outdoor light somewhere near the hottub because this time of year (January) it is pretty dark early and we all enjoyed sitting in the hot tub but it was hard to see. Super minor detail and we would stay again in a heartbeat :)

We had a great stay at FMB. Host was GREAT, House was GREAT, .. we felt very welcomed and accommodated. The house is well appointed, very clean, and comfortable. This is one of the best VRBO's we've ever stayed at. We're already thinking about coming back.

Property was exactly as described. Very clean and recently updated. Pool and hot tub were spectacular. Host (Tammy) was very helpful at check-in. A perfect spot to spend a perfect week in the Florida sun. We’ll definitely be back.

This is a great home to stay in when visiting Ft Myers beach. It has two nicely sized bedrooms and baths, an open floorplan in the living space that leads to a nice lanai and pool area. The pool and the spa are great, offering fun away from the crowds and the beach. Tammy has thought of everything when it comes to living the beach lifestyle, from beach carts and chairs, to umbrellas, floats for the pool, a stroller, and a very impressive array of coolers to use for a fun day at the beach! The kitchen has everything you could need including can insulators, insulated mugs, every kitchen tool you can think of, and new appliances. While the area continues to rebuild after Ian but the street this home is located on is nice and the neighbors are very friendly. This is truly a place to decompress and enjoy SW Florida.

This place is amazing. Tammy was the best hostess. We arrived a little early, and I asked her if we could check in early, and she said YES!! That gave us almost a whole extra day!! The house was so clean and well-stocked. As you can see from the pictures, the pool and the beach were so beautiful. Keep in mind they are rebuilding the area from hurricanes but it was fine. Plenty of places to eat and the Publix is right down the road too. We can not say enough good things about this place!! We will definitely be back!!

Tammy is an amazing host! The communication from booking til departure was above and beyond. The house was very nice, clean and had plenty of amenities. The pool and outdoor patio with tv was great. The nice Weber grill was also amazing and in good shape. The beach strollers, chairs and umbrellas were so nice to have for beach days. As well as boogie boards, and all the pool inflatables. The neighborhood is nice and well kept and the neighbors are nice as well. We had a blast going back and forth from pool to beach daily. I would definitely recommend this house!

Loved staying here. 6 minute walk to beach. Beach was not busy at all close to the house. Beautiful sunsets.House is on dead end road with no traffic. Pool is heated and hot tub is nice to relax in the evenings. Outside tv is nice also for music by pool. We will be back !! Host is very responsive.Thank you!!!

We had the absolute best week staying at Tammy’s beautiful home. The communication was timely and clear instructions were given. The house itself is beautifully finished and every detail was well thought out. We loved the outside space and spent the majority of our time in the pool. We traveled with a 8 month old and it was the perfect setup for kids. The home itself is in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance to the beach and great spots on the island. We definitely hope to be back!

Property was very nice! Highly recommend. Beach is across the street, about a 5 min walk. A Gorgeous place to stay!

Great house, large backyard, so close to the ocean. Fort Myers is still rebuilding so you need to be prepared if you haven't been there for a while but we found restaurants

Wonderful house with all the amenities needed; well stocked and all the beach gear needed for a fun vacation by the ocean. Tammy is a wonderful host and provides prompt responses and assistance whenever needed.The reparations from 2 hurricanes is impressive and the beaches and restaurants are lovely. Will be back!

The property was well kept up and perfect to have fun in. Had everything you would need. Property owner was amazing and kind.

I would absolutely recommend this house and we would stay here again. It was perfect. Very well maintained property. The pool and outdoor area is super nice, the neighborhood is very quiet and the whole house is everything you could ask for. We will be back again.
