ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- This single-story house requires using 1 step to access- Trailer parking is unavailable during the winter months- The fire pit in the backyard is not available for guest use. The Forest Service has issued a burn ban restricting all outdoor fires for safety reasons- Your safety matters. This property features 9 external security cameras. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. Camera 1 is a Ring doorbell located on the front door facing the front entry. All other cameras are located around the exterior of the home facing the perimeter of the property. The cameras record video and audio when motion is detected- For your safety and to respect our neighbors, please remain within the property’s fence line. The area between the fence and the lake is private property, and this home does not provide direct lake access- Note that professional landscaping is scheduled every Saturday morning. To ensure the maintenance crew can access their equipment, we kindly ask that guests do not block the green canvas shed located in the front yard with any vehicles- This property is not lake-access. While the water is visible nearby, there is private land between the property boundary and the shoreline; please do not attempt to cross the fence to reach the lake- Guests should expect landscaping personnel on-site every Saturday morning. Ample driveway space is provided, but please keep the front yard equipment tent clear for worker access
