Stayed Feb 5, 2026We really enjoyed our stay , great location .The Man that checked us in was very nice a so efficient. Our Microwave didn’t work when we arrived and he had a new one put in within an hour. The amenities were a plus! The only suggestion I have would be room darkening blinds or curtains.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025The Mountainside Villas are the perfect place to stay at Massanutten--close to everything, comfortable, and priced right. We always go in the summer, and the nearest pool is a 5 minute walk. You're 10 minutes from the waterpark and only 25 minutes from Shenandoah NP.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024The townhomes my friends and I stayed in were close to identical. The only downside was the amount of hair found in the bathrooms. Other than this, they were well stocked with paper items and included plenty of towels for everyone. The beds were comfortable, the couch was large and good for socializing. The kitchen came with all the gear you need. We had deer come up to the back windows in the mornings. The decks wwere a nice addition.
