Host communicated very timely. Easy instructions to follow for checkout. House was clean and organized. Wifi easy access, working applicancies and tvs. Plenty of parking. Nice little restaurant right next door. Close enough to walk to and from downtown.

Would have liked shades in the bedroom upstairs facing the street. Otherwise, very nice place to say. Thank you

We loved the location and the fire pit in the back. The house was very comfortable and definitely unique. We only have a couple of suggestions:You might want to clean the coffee maker as it takes a long time to complete it's process -- use 1/2 vinegar and 1/2 water and run it through and then run just water through to rinse it out. One more thing.... the mattress in the west bedroom upstairs was a bit uncomfortable as the couple was always rolling toward the middle.... maybe a new mattress?? Everything else was great!!

This was a beautiful home and we so enjoyed our stay. The back patio was inviting and we spent a lot of time out there just chatting. This location is ideal with a trolley stop and is walking distance to downtown. This property was very clean and just what we needed for a nice getaway. Looking forward to staying here again.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of four. There are a lot of places to relax inside and outside. Location is nice in Deadwood. We loved it!

Such a great visit and lots of laughs and smiles were had. Such an easy commute to downtown and the trolley ride was so convient.

The house was cute and very close to the main historic street in Deadwood, and we enjoyed our stay, however, we found much of the decor, books, etc., to be offputting - pushing a definite political view, that isn't inclusive/welcoming to all. Also listing mentioned a gym - there is none on the property

House was easy to find. Parking was great. Breakfast next door was good too. We walked into deadwood and had fun for 2 nights. Beds were very comfy. Main floor shower might have been the best shower Ive been in. Thanks had a great timeback sgsin

This house was impeccably redone to a very comfortable and satisfying stay. The location is great, yet with an appealing amount of privacy. The owner is communicative and available for any questions.

Everything about this experience was wonderful. The property manager was very communicative and made the process simple and easy. The house is decorated appropriately and was very comfortable. We had 5 adults and a toddler and it worked for everyone. I will definitely stay here again. The kitchen is small, however it is a vacation rental. I did cook several meals there for my family. I’m used to a big kitchen and I didn’t have any issues. I totally recommend this vacation rental.

We came for a quick weekend to enjoy the Hills and participate in the Whiskey Festival. The house is clean and comfortable. It is in a great location with the trolley stop right outside. Thanks for a great place to stay. I would highly recommend it!

I would recommend this property any day! The house was beautiful. Cody was helpful and quick with any questions i had. If i ever make it back to Deadwood, this is where i would stay!!!

Older frame house made nice. Kitchen is a little tight. Upstairs shower is small. Downstairs shoer is wonderful.
