PARKING: Permit street parking is available with one flex pass provided for guest use. The pass must be displayed on the dashboard during restriction hours and returned upon check-out. Additional parking is available along the street on a first-come, first-serve basis, with restrictions in place during certain weekday/weekend hours.

The entire home is for guest use only, to include the outdoor deck/patio area.

Please also note the property does require stairs within the home to access different levels of the home.

Generally we try to give guests their space, but we are always available to answer any questions about the home or provide suggestions regarding the surrounding area.

-Smoke Signals: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping, incense, or cannabis) is not allowed in the home or on the back porch. If you must smoke, please do so away from the house, to keep the air fresh for our surrounding neighbors

- Oopsie Moments: If something gets accidentally broken (hey, it happens!), let us know right away via Airbnb messenger. Especially with glass items, we’ll want to ensure everything’s safe and sound for future guests.
