Stayed Jul 8, 2025We had a wonderful time at this house. It was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed having the big community pool as well as our own pool. It was a little walk to the beach.

Stayed Feb 16, 2024The place was amazing! Very clean and organized. There was 10 of us and we had plenty of room throughout the home. The house was well decorated very pretty. All the kids enjoyed the play areas and the theater room. The pirate room was a big hit!!!? The heated pool is a must. We would come back and stay.

Stayed Aug 13, 2023We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this wonderful place. The neighborhood was absolutely stunning, with a lovely park nearby. We were so comfortable during our stay that we would definitely choose to visit again in the future.

Stayed Aug 8, 2023Upon arriving the door lock was stuck, CS did someone over right way to fix. Walked in and the excitement quickly turned to disgust. The house was not clean properly. The floors were filthy, some bathrooms werent cleaned properly. Hair, dirt, etc still on the floor and in the shower. The fans had dust caked on the blades. The movie room chairs had crumbs, spills, etc on them. The outdoot furniture is covered in dirt and mold. It put a damper on the trip. CS sent the cleaning crew back the next morning who didnt even address all the areas and the areas they did reclean it was subpar. Not all the amenities being advertised are available. I wont be booking with Villatel again.

Stayed Jul 18, 2023The location to the beach and the Club pool were great. We were settled right in the middle and were only about 1/4 mile from both. The house provided all the space we needed for the kids and adults to be able to play and each have out own space. The beach is beautiful and not at all crowded. The only negative is (although the kitchen is beautiful) their weren't enough or even large enough pots and pans to make breakfast and dinner. It would be helpful if they added a second smaller fridge outside for drinks as well. I definitely recommend this house for multi-family or multi-friend getaways. We had a fantastic time.

Stayed Jun 17, 2023The home was beautiful. The pictures are accurate. The main door opens outward so we had difficulty opening the front door. Some of the beds looked as if someone was on them. Did not appear clean. I reported that but no one ever came to clean but they did supply towels because we did not have enough. Under the seats of the movie room where dirty so when we reclined the seats popcorn and chips came from under the seats. The TV in the great room did not work. Only room for two cars. This is a huge home that holds 16 guests. It says parking additional parking in walking distance. That is 1 mile away. Very dark area. A public parking for the beach. No lights and unsafe. Also issues with the freezer not getting cold enough.
