Great location...short ride to Sugarloaf for skiing and the house is perfect for a family with kids.
Private, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Close to town for all needs. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone thinking of staying, especially those with dogs.
Wonderful property, very versatile from romantic getaway to full family trip. Only issue was unable to use the bbq, which was not made known to us, and the hot tub was not well maintained. Other than that a perfect stay
This house was amazing. The kitchen and family areas were great. The garage/ game room was perfect and a hit with the kids. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a day at the mountain. The property was lovely and well maintained. We would absolutely stay here again and again!
Beautiful house and yard. Hot tub big bonus. Nice walk around loop road with dogs.
Very nice house. We would book again!
This house was amazing!! It had everything that one could want in a cozy family retreat!!
The house was well maintained, comfortable, and spacious. The game room was a fun option. We enjoyed exploring the area, and the house was a great home base. We will definitely look to come back in the future!
We enjoyed our time at this lodge and found the layout very accommodating. Good beds and hang out spaces for everyone. We weren't thrilled with the cleanliness upon arrival, but the hosts were quick to check in and address. House uses a Keurig only, so coffee drinkers may take issue with that. We were bummed that the hot tub was out of use and so was the wood stove. These were critical features for us, so this isn't a return spot for us.
Great place but the hot tub wasn’t working which was one of our main reasons for choosing….things break. Definitely looking forward to a return trip
We had a great trip up to Kingfield for my husbands 40th birthday. The house is east 15/20 min drive to Sugarloaf and just 5 minutes to downtown Kingfield. The house it’self is great. It’s on a dirt road with a large yard, which was great for our dog. The kitchen is great, really spacious and great for cooking g and hanging out in. We were bummed that the grill was broken, as it was advertised there was one there. Also we were really looking forward to using the wood stove which was also not able to be used but was advertised in the listing. The living room area is a little small, just really seats 3 people. But the game room was awesome and the beds are comfortable. The master sweet has a bathtub that was broken and not we were not able to use. Then we were pretty bummed we couldn’t get internet up there throughout our stay. This definitely messed with our stay, as we were tying to do some work while we were there. But over all the spot is great but had some major stuff broken/not working and not fully true to the listing.
My family loved staying at the Sunset Lodge in December 2022. The home was inviting, comfortable and beautiful. I am hopeful to return in the year ahead!
Nice clean well kept place. I enjoyed our stay.
