Dazzling Beach House with Private pool! Steps to Private Beach, Tennis Courts

The place is excellent and will return in the future.   We arrived early on June 10th and took advantage of the early check-in.  Communication was quick to respond and got us in the unit at Noon. The 100 fee was well worth the convenience of getting in early.  6 adults and 4 grandkids ages 3 through 10.  Sleeping space was excellent and grandkids loved the bunkbeds.  Unit is well stocked with kitchen supplies and everything you need.  We had 3 vehicles and with use of the garage had no problems fitting in.   House pool was excellent and perfect for the 4 grandkids after long days at beach.  New lounge chairs around pool were great.  1 minute walk to coded private gate access to beach.  Beach is beautiful and the Avalon Estates section is not crowded.  Neighborhood pool was great too and is an easy 6 minute walk from unit.   Only one complaint and that is the pool filter motor is very loud.  I sent text to management company and did not hear back.  When we sat around the house pool we had to turn off the filter in order to hear each other (there is a switch located on house next to filter pump to turn if off and on).  Great views from upper deck off main bedroom.  Roadway in front of house is not an issue as low speed limit does not allow alot of road noise.

Beautiful, clean , well -appointed house. Everything needed for a smooth visit was readily available. The beds were very comfortable and there was an abundance of light throughout. We look forward to staying in this wonderful house next time we can get to Destin.

This property met our needs in every way and exceeded all expectations. Great views, clean, conveniently located and easy beach access made for a fantastic stay. The master suite is superb!!

We had a really great stay overall and truly enjoyed the property. The location was one of the best parts. Being so close to the beach and within easy walking distance to several restaurants made the trip really convenient and relaxing.The house itself worked well for our group and we had a great time during our stay. A couple of small things worth noting: the property is fairly close to the road, so there was some traffic noise at times. Also, some of the mattresses felt a bit dated and could probably use an update.That said, none of those things took away from the overall experience. We really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the great location. It was a fun and easy place to stay for a beach trip.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful beachfront property in Destin, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Traveling with my parents and our four-month-old daughter, we found that the space was perfect for our family. The property boasts four spacious bedrooms, allowing everyone to have their own comfortable area to relax. The amenities provided were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, everything was thoughtfully arranged.One of the highlights was the location—right in front of the beach! It was fantastic to step out and enjoy the beautiful sandy shores whenever we wanted. Our host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, which added to the overall positive experience. Everyone in our group left happy and with wonderful memories. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway in Destin!

Check in was seamless, they got us in the house earlier as we asked. The view off the master bedroom was breathe taking! Would definitely stay here again.

This trip to Miramar was so simple. The location was perfect, the house was perfect, the view was perfect. Property management was so easy to work with. I’d 100% book with them again.

Enjoyed our long weekend stay for a birthday celebrationwith a group of four couples. Plenty of space for everyone.Excellent location with beachfront views and restaurants that were of walking distance. Large upstairs bedroom with a great view of the ocean.

The property was beautiful and the private access to the beach was wonderful to have. We had a small issue with the AC unit but maintenance was very responsive and came out to repair it within a couple of hours. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!Our only complaint would be that there seemed to be a sugar-ant issue in the kitchen (all around the sink area). Not a huge ordeal, but might need to be checked out/sprayed before the next guests arrive.

This home was absolutely perfect for our vacation. located directly across from the beach with it's own private pool was just perfect. the home is lovely and spacious and had everything you could need away from home.

The kitchen was more than adequately stocked for our needs, the house was clean and the management responded quickly to inquiries. The only thing lacking was pool furniture. There are a couple lounge chairs but with 9 of us, a table with chairs and a couple more loungers would have made it perfect which it should be for the price paid. Overall though, great property.

The house was perfect for 10 of us. The kids loved the pool. The beds were comfy. The location was perfect because it wasn’t near all the traffic. Super easy access to beach too. The outdoor furniture needs some major help. We would stay there again but it definitely needs new outdoor furniture. After one chair was broken we only had 4 chairs.

The house was even more than we expected. Very clean. The views are amazing. Close to everything. We loved our stay and plan to go back.

The location was great. Quick access to the beach and boardwalk yet quiet in the evenings. The house is also just a short drive to restaurants and shops.

The loacation and the wonderful house is great for a large goup. Close to shopping and places to eat (east walking). The managment team was great when some minor items needed to be corrected.

The location, space, and layout of the house was great! It could have been cleaner. There was a spot on the floor, linen, and furniture. The staff was very responsive to our needs, which was helpful and appreciated.

The location of the home was great. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. We had an issue with the heated pool on Thanksgiving day. The management company was extremely responsive and it.was fixed with a couple of hours. The only issue was the door out to the pool. The door handle was a bit loose, the door was hard to shut and lock. It wasnt anything that impeded our enjoyment of the house.

This house was very large and spacey but it does need some updates to floors and some doors.
