Located opposite the lake in the centre of Bonnie Doon this home is perfect for you to enjoy Lake Eildon throughout the summer or Mt Buller and the mountains throughout winter. With more than enough activities available in the district year round this is the perfect spot to enjoy with the family or group of friends.

This home comes with everything you will need for your holiday away. The well lit open plan living and dining area features high ceilings and views out over Lake Eildon.The kitchen with large island bench provides plenty of space to cook and entertain the family. Positioned along the front of the living dining area is a large timber deck with views out over the lake and rolling hills, perfect for a relax after a big day skiing on the lake or at Mount Buller.

Ground Floor (Entrance, split over 2 levels):

First Floor (Split over 2 levels):
- Open plan Dining and Living with deck access & split system air conditioning
- Large balcony/deck with outdoor dining and BBQ and amazing lake views
- Modern full kitchen with Island Bench including, oven, gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, kettle & Aldi coffee machine.

There is no use of the garage.
* 2x security cameras in operation at rear of the property for shed security.

Maximum of 16 guests total at the property.

No Smoking inside the property.
No pets allowed.
Outside fire to be lit in the firepit ONLY, must supply own wood for the firepit
