Stayed May 21, 2026When we arrived, the grass was very tall, and we had to call the office to request it be cut. They sent someone out very quickly.

Stayed Nov 1, 2025It was a very nice place. The view was pleasant. Not happy that the next door construction crew started at 6 am and again at 7 am the next day with loud saws and air tools. Nails sticking out on bottom step out front. Had minor injuries requiring bandaids so that definitely needs immediate attention. Otherwise the home was perfect for the week. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024Overall our week stay in this house was everything we had hoped for. It was very accommodating for our large family and the littles felt right at home. The neighborhood was nice with just a couple minute walk to the beach. After coming back from the beach there was an outdoor shower which was nice to be able to wash off all the sand off before going inside. There was just a couple minor things we thought could be improved like the hammock that was tore up so we were unable to use it and there were a couple linens pulled out of the closet were visibly dirty. All in all I would recommend people to stay here and would gladly stay again!

Stayed Apr 11, 2024Overall the house was nice and on a quiet street. It would have been nice to have some lounge chairs on the dock or downstairs at all. The house could use a deep clean.

Stayed Nov 22, 2023Reported upon arrival that heat was not working downstairs, ceiling light in toilet was out, several light bulbs missing, blind missing on a window. It was day 4 before anyone responded to our requests. Property manager was extremely apologetic and sympathetic once I reached her by phone. The heat and air man was rude but did good work. Liked the house. It met our needs. We had a great time. Fishing off dock was enjoyed by several of us. For a home that accommodates up to 16 people, it would be helpful to have more silverware.
