This place was amazing! So close to Main Street within walking distance of anything you’d need. The house itself was so cute and fit all of our needs.

House was immaculate! Pictures very accurate. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the ice machine! Will return.

A perfect place to stay for a little getaway. From the start, we had immediate response from the host with any questions. Upon checking in we were very pleased to enter a clean, spacious, air-conditioned home and bonus ceiling fans in each bedroom if you live in Texas, you know what a delight that is. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of room to put away the clothing you brought and/or purchases while on the mini vacation. The home was just so comfortable, and quiet and the kitchen stocked with cooking necessities although we really didn't need them as walking to various coffee shops and/or restaurants were so close. Really pleased with the house & host!

Very fun, retro house. Lots of space and super close to Main Street. We've stayed twice and will stay again. Excellent for Girls' trips or couples. Great bonus space on the back for playing games, doing puzzles, reading or visiting with a glass of some local wine in your hand.

Highly recommend! Catalina was very communicative from start to finish, beautiful, clean property one block away from Main St. We will definitely come back in the future and recommend to others.

The location was great a block off main and a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was clean and comfortable. The owners were great to work with.

This place served all the needs of an instant get away from Austin with coworkers. You're not just close to the downtown area of Fredericksburg, but in downtown with all the nearby touristy things to do. Shops, food and spots to enjoy nature. The spacious rooms and backyard setup, we were able to throw the football around and use the hot tub at the end of each night relaxing. The back game room was perfect for group card games and movie nights. We will definitely be back again.

This home was perfect for our stay! Great location, decorated perfectly, and super clean. Check in process was easy and we enjoyed all of the amenities as well. We would definitely recommend and go back.

This home is just perfect for Fredericksburg visit. Three nice bedrooms with very comfy king size beds in each. Plenty of room for you to move around. Very cute back porch. Great parking accommodations. And immediate attention from Hosts make it a perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!!

Loved this property- traveled with friends for a fun few days in Fredericksburg. We were able to easily walk to Main Street and several restaurants. Very comfortable and had everything we needed - even had an ice maker which we thoroughly enjoyed

This was great place to stay, everything was a 10. Location was perfect walking distance to historic downtown and restaurants. Recent total remodel, fully outfitted kitchen and 3 king size beds. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.Back porch had a spacious setting area and hot tub, great place to enjoy a glass of the local wines.Host was very quick to respond and extremely helpful. Highly recommend and will stay with them again

House was as described and clean. We asked to arrive one hour early at 3:00pm instead of 4:pm (Due to s special occasion) but the request was denied. We were offered to book a day early but we only wanted one hour. Departure time of 10:00am seems a bit early but we were gone before then just felt like we had to rush.

Property was just as advertised and so well furnished. The location was also excellent for all the shops and restaurants on Main Street.

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids 11 & 7) really loved this property. It was very clean and the layout was perfect with three large bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, living area, separate dining, and a really cute game room, which I ended up using as an office to work part of the time. The hot tub was a big hit and we loved that we could walk to everything. The only two small negatives are that the shades don’t block out all the light at night (but we are pretty light sensitive) and large trucks seemed to like driving on the street at night (nothing they can do about that). But even with those two issues, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable
