Dandelion-Fireweed Meadows Vacation Rental

THE FURNITURE WAS SMALL AND UNCOMFORTABLE. THE POTS WERE DIRTY SO WE DID NOT USE THEM. THE OUTSIDE GARBAGE WAS OVERFLOWING. OTHERWISE LOCATION WAS GOOD AND COMMUNICATION WITH THE HOST ALSO GOOD.

This property was beautiful! Host communicated very well and the location is great!

They messed up our reservations. We were supposed to stay until the 10th and they had us down for the night and we had to check out. Kevin was dirty the windows she couldn’t see out of there was dust bunnies under my bed. The stove was filthy. There was dust on the table in front of the couch. It was on the desk, cleaning supplies I couldn’t even sweep the floor The dish soap was watered down so much that it was like water was hardly could use it. There was nothing in the drawers for the silverware to put the silverware in the scrubby were so used up that they were we weren’t any good. The only thing I can say is that the beds were comfortable there was only one extra blanket but other than that, I think we had a nice day

Had a wonderful weekend down on the Kenai Peninsula

My family and I were down in anchor point for a work / family time and this cabin was so cute and comfortable , it is centrally located to everything you need , close to the town of Homer. The interior of the cabin looks like a professional designer dreamed it up very clean and inviting. The towels and linens where of high quality and they thought of everything from robes to board games and puzzles.it wasn’t in the property description but they did have good internet and offer plenty of tv options on rainy nights even during a wind storm . We Will definitely stay here again !

Easy access , clean and comfortable!

The Dandelion cottage was very nice and met all of our needs. Beautiful decor, bed was comfortable. Note: could use a new loveseat or sofa, a larger coffee pot and a salad bowl. Our other two family members I rented for were in the Fireweed Meadow Cottage. That cottage was not as well equipped (it was missing dishes that had been shuffled to other cabins), open shelving concept with no drawers did not allow for much storage of any dry goods - silverware in containers on the top counter and lacking cooking utensils and serving bowls (we cooked the whole time). Cupboards should be added. Cute bathtub (looks like a farmer's water trough with a curtain) but no place to put your shampoo and showering items. Perhaps an open wall cupboard could be installed at the end of the shower on the wall? Our family members were a bit frustrated with these things, but we made it work.

Very positive!! Clean, thoughtful, and privately located for a low key weekend. Loved the space, decor, and thoughtfulness of having pots and pans available to use to robes! Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, dishes, etc. very much enjoyed. Thank you!! We’ll be back for sure!

We really enjoyed the quiet and cozy cabin! The property manager had sent us directions but I was unclear about them and use GPS. Well, I got lost at first but finally found it!

Perfect little spot to sleep - very clean and 30 minutes from homer!
