Dancing Dolphin 106: Dog-friendly,ocean view,hot tub

This was an excellent vacation rental for our family trip to Avon. Plenty of space for 5 adults and 3 children. Beach access is very close and convenient. Hot tub was not used during the hot summer, but would be nice to use in the off-season. Great rental!

The stay was great. I was hoping to stay again this year in the same house for our annual fishing tournament the 3rd weekend in October but the listing this year makes you stay for 7 days Saturday to Saturday so that will not work for us this year. We stayed Wednesday to Sunday. The house was perfect. Hopefully next year it will not be a 7 day minimum in October

Beautifull and spacious house!!! I really like it and a short walk to the beach access.

Home was a great place for our family to stay. If we had one complaint, there are a lot of stairs, but once you're in, mostly everything is easy to get to. Beach access is right across the street too. Awesome home, will rent again!

Clean and spacious, walking distance to beach. Beds are comfy. Plenty of options to relax inside or on the many decks, in the deck chair or hammock, we liked it. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Recommended. Replace the carpet in the bedrooms with hardwood and it would be more than perfect.

The property was clean, accommodating, and had everything we needed and then some. The large multi-level porches were great, you could see the ocean from the top level, and there was a hot-tub and hammock for relaxation. The beach access was a minute walk from the door. The kitchen had every conceivable cookware and appliances, there were pet items available, and tons of boardgames and puzzles. This property is the easiest recommendation I can make.

This was our second stay at the Dancing Dolphin 106. The kitchen was well stocked. It is conveniently located to the path to the beach. It is dog friendly. Linens were included for the beds and towels for the bathrooms, which was a great surprise. We would definitely stay here again!

Dancing Dolphin is a very comfortable beach home with plenty of room for all our guests. Perfectly located for access to the beach, as well as the restaurants, and shops in Avon. This was my granddaughter's first visit to the OBX, at 11 months old! Dancing Dolphin made it an even more special week for all our family! Thank you!!

Beautiful decor. Kitchen had everything you needed. The view of the ocean was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
