The stay was great. The house was clean and amenities were great. The host addressed any issues right away. Highly recommended.

A neighbor left note on door to “remind” us of quiet hours. We barely were at the property and not loud, some of the furniture was damaged (dining room/bedroom), tv set up was hard bc guest mode was not active, grass was not cut first day but just had someone come next day. Almost fell in shower bc soap bottle had a hole and floor was slippery

We had a great stay at this house - close to shopping, WorldSprings, and lots of restaurants!

When I arrived the house looked like the pictures from the outside but the lawn was overgrown and needed to be cut. The inside needed a few minor repairs and the carpet leading in master bedroom had stains. The kitchen had a lot of waisted space. Also it would be great to have an TV in third bedroom. Other than that the house was comfortable and the air worked great.

We stayed here for a month for my MIL had knee replacement surgery. This was great house for her recovery. One level house. The bathroom was a bit of a challenge for her. The shower in the master was small and the other bathroom was a tub/shower combo. Anil was amazing he brought in a recliner for her and added a TV in the bedroom . Probably the biggest compliment would be because the house backs up to a very busy road it was extremely loud on the back patio and at night and early morning in the Master Bedroom. Might want to bring a sound machine. The kitchen is not stocked up with enough essentials for a long stay. For A short stay it’s adequate. They seem to be remodeling and I think when it’s done it will be perfect. Loved using the hot tub almost every night. The front lawn is in need of a lot of TLC. We would differently stay here again. Anil is an amazing host and does go out of his way to make your stay comfortable.

The place was very nice and communication with the hosts was great! They were very accommodating. The house is very minimal with staples, spices, kitchen towels etc but overall it was good and we’d definitely stay there again. Located in a good neighborhood and very close to all our needs! Great hot tub also.

Our family came to Dallas for a week and really enjoyed our stay in this house. The location was the best part, easy to get to everything. Everything is as described in the listing and the hot tub was a welcome indulgence at the end of the day. Thank you for a great time!

This was a great house to spend our family Thanksgiving. The house was very comfortable the appliances were all new and worked well. The area was fantastic with lots of stores nearby. The host was responsive and the listing was accurate. I highly recommend it.

We found the set up of bedrooms to be perfect for our family stay visiting son/grandsons. Host was most generous in purchasing a crockpot(which we used often) when I inquired if there was one available prior to our stay. The ONLY thing not so great was not havig propane tank for gas grill. We grill outdoors often & one of the reasons we chose the home. We actually ended up borrowing a friend's tank instead. Grill was not clean but was easy to correct. Charcoal grill available and used too. Pantry is locked so we used the empty cupboards for storage. Could have used more dryer sheets for laundry too. Home worked well for our needs. Thank you

We were extremely pleased with our recent stay. The home is clean and well-kept, with everything we needed. For our stay, the location was great, as it was close to other family whom we were visiting, as well as close to lots of restaurants and services, including The Legacy area. Breakfast at the Sunview Cafe nearby is a must! The check-in process was great, and the owner communication was wonderful. Thank you!

We came out for high school baseball games which were all over the Dallas area. This location worked good being next to freeways.
