A queen bed plus a twin bunk bed in the same room — great for families or mixed groups needing flexible sleeping arrangements.

Bedroom 3 — Bunk Room
Two sets of bunk beds sleeping 4 — ideal for kids, teens, or groups that need the most out of every square foot.

Studio
A separate, private space with its own skylight and French doors opening directly to the backyard deck. Includes a pull-out sofa bed and a work desk — perfect for a remote worker, an extra guest, or anyone who wants their own quiet space within the home.

We have a noise monitoring device installed on the property to help us be respectful neighbors and stay within local noise guidelines. It does not record or store audio — it only measures sound levels.
