Dale Hollow Cabin Next To State Park With Free Fire Pit & COVERED Boat Slip

Everything was as described. Great location right by Dale Hollow State Park.

We had everything we needed and wanted to spend a fun family time

The house was clean, comfortable, quiet and close to the state park lodge and marina. Todd was very welcoming and responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely stay there again.

This home hit my 3 C’s. Cute comfortable and Clean! We spent more time in the house because it turned cool and we were all happy. We had 3 generations Great- Grandma, grandparents and teenage grandkids. They had a lower level to themselves and all we heard was laughing coming up the steps. We sat upstairs in comfort with a recliner for each of us. Grilled out a couple of times on a nice grill and ate outside at the tables it was perfect. Sat on the back porch and watched it rain. It was peaceful and we got much needed relaxation. Very clean and I am not easy to impress but very nice. So helpful to have a boat slip included.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and we have enjoyed it both times!! Communication is perfect and everything was clean and comfortable! I’m sure we will visit again!

Cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed at and very close to SP. located on a quiet side streetand worked very well for us.

I was extremely impressed with location and the new fire pit. We were unfortunate with the weather but were able to relax and enjoy the house.

Clean, great maximization of space, great location, relaxing, Todd really puts a lot of thought into ensuring a wonderful stay. Firepit is great. Fish cleaning station with great stainless take and electric and water. Great washer and dryer and i have no idea how 10 of us were never without hot water. Fair price and tremendous hospitality. The covered boat slip has ruined us! I can't imagine ever going to Dale Hollow without having a slip.Do yourself a favor book this for a boating trip, a golf trip, a fishing trip, or a sit on the back porch with coffee trip.

Todd was absolutely amazing. He was super quick with responding to all my pestering and questions. Even when terrible storms were in the area he was amazing. We've stayed in a lot of homes and he is by far the best owner we've encountered. The house was exactly as listed, close to the marina, yard space was great for my kids to play football and catch, cozy fire pit that unfortunately rain prevented us from, kitchen has all the things you could need and the horses that greeted every morning made the stay that much more peaceful. 10/10 we would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Todd for making our stay enjoyable.

Second time we have stayed here. First time since the upgrades and the place is real nice. We stayed there for a golf trip to Dale Hollow golf course and it is literally by hole 11. Todd is great to work with. I would highly recommend this place.

This was property was secluded and in great location for our guys fishing trip. Would definitely bok again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. 4 minutes from the state park at Dale Hollow. Easy access to the lake. There were 7 of us staying in the house and there was plenty of space. Kitchen was stocked nicely and the house was extremely clean. There was also plenty of parking. We had 4 trucks with trailers. We will definitely be returning!

Was very pleased with the facility. Plenty of towels available. Shower was hot. Beds were comfy. Overall pleasant stay.

This was an awesome stay. Makes us to want to buy a property in the same area. The house was clean and stocked with essentials that we had forgotten. The property was gorgeous and had some the greatest views all day and we were lucky enough to see some snow come down while we there.

Awesome place to stay. There is plenty of room for 6 guys and a great location right down the road from the golf course and the lake. Todd was super responsive with any questions I had. Can't wait to go back.

Great place, great location and great communication

The property was so clean and we loved all the outside space for sitting on the deck. We used the nice grill for dinner the first night! Being able to sit in the back and watch the horses in the field was very nice as well! The convenience of having a boat slip included was amazing! We will definitely book again!
