AMAZING VIEW and very clean home.

Our family enjoyed the location and the views. My boys had a great time fishing (and caught multiple fish each day). The dolphins were my favorite part and a couple days they came right up the canal past us. The property manager was incredibly responsive with any concerns that popped up, but nothing detrimental to our trip! Would stay again!

Enjoyed a 5 day stay at this beautiful Florida home. Cleanliness was top notch. The home was beautiful, and met all of our necessities. The heated pool was so inviting, especially with the view overlooking the bay. The highlight of our trip was right from our back patio—watching the dolphins swim up to the canal and enjoying the breathtaking sunsets right from the comfort of the home.

Absolutely great stay! Heated, screened in pool was a hit with the kids! Clean and accommodating, this was a fantastic find! Right on the water, beautiful morning and evening views! Dolphins were seen several days of our trip, was awesome! Definitely would and may use again!

This was yet another glorious stay in Isles of Capri. Evelim was communicative and endlessly helpful as always. The description of 'daily sunsets over the bay' was spot on and we thoroughly enjoyed the absolutely beautiful view across the bay. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to everything we could want, whether that was dinner at Pelican Bend (our favorite by far) or trips into Marco for groceries, to visit South Marco Beach for shelling or Tigertail for beaching. The pool was perfect and we fished off the seawall and enjoyed quite the dolphin show in the canal in front of the house as well. As is the case with all of the properties Evelim manages, the house was spotless upon our arrival and well-appointed with anything we could need. The beds were supremely comfortable and the bedding and more than ample batjh (and beach!) towels luxurious. We always appreciate the streamlined checkout process without a giant laundry list of tasks and cleaning for us to complete. This property is an absolute gem and we will surely be back.

We arrived on Saturday from Chicago cold looking for some swim time in the heated pool - but the heater wasn’t working and the water was too cold. We notified the management and they were very prompt in coming to check it out. The heater was not working and needed to be replaced…but with it being the weekend, not much could be done before Monday. The heater did get replaced and we enjoyed several swims after all. There was a musty smell when we walked in, but there was a candle which helped immensely. With the heater issues management agreed to a late checkout on our last day which was greatly appreciated! We would definitely consider renting this house again. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you for everything!

We had a lovely stay at this property. The view was definitely the highlight and made the trip extra special. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen appears to have been recently remodeled and includes beautiful, high-end appliances. There were also plenty of towels, which was appreciated, and the large garage with a nice washer and dryer was very convenient during our stay.The island itself is small, charming, and relaxing. There are several cute restaurants within walking distance or just a very short drive, and our favorite spot was Pelican Blend.We did run into a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the property manager responded quickly and resolved everything effectively, which we appreciated.My only suggestions would be to add a few more beach chairs and possibly replace the Keurig. Other than that, it was a great stay and we enjoyed our time there.

Very clean. The place, the view and the pool were all AMAZING. Loved seeing the Dolphins! Easy walk to restaurants!

The location was outstanding. We arrived when it was dark and when we got up in the morning our jaws dropped at the view. We felt surrounded by water! The property is spotless and exactly as pictured. The heated pool was amazing. Our host was always available and helpful.

We absolutely loved this unique home!! The views are epic and unforgettable. Beautiful, peaceful and one of a kind - definately would stay again.

This was a lovely home. Very big and a wonderful heated pool. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Location on water is perfect. House was extremely clean. Kitchen has everything you would require. Smaller televisions in house , but didn’t spend much time with it on anyway. Would stay again

The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. The Isle of Capri is only a 10 minute drive (at most) from Marco Island, and we had a fantastic time visiting. The house was well appointed, clean, and easy to get to on a very quiet cul-de-sac.The only (very minor) complaints were that there were no beach chairs for us to take to the Marco Island beaches, although there was a very useful beach umbrella. We bought a beach chair and left it behind for future visitors. Additionally, the toilet paper was the very cheap single-ply kind. I bring those two issues up because those were literally the ONLY complaints we could even think of. Everything else was absolutely perfect. We would stay here again 10 out of 10 times. Thank you!

It was great. The property looked just like the pictures. It had everything we needed. The property manager was quick to answer questions. Very nicely decorated. We would stay again if in the area.
