Cute unit of a duplex near downtown Lawrenceville. Clean!

It’s always wonderful to stay at one of her properties they’re always super clean and in fantastic condition. Everything always works and it’s centrally located. Fantastic host and we can’t wait to stay again in the future.

We rented this property so that we could attend the Petit Le Mans Race thhis weekend. The location was perfect. The inside has been update recently and the amedities were greatly appreciated. The little things like providing shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, and dishwasher soap. The place was impecably clean. I would highly recommend this location id you need a place near the Buford, GA area!

Duplex is very nice. Owner was very communicative and replied very quickly every time I reached out.

Property was great, clean and all amenities were as advertised. Communication with property manager was fine, received timely responses.My only concern was that there was almost constant foot, bicycle and auto traffic in front of the property. Be aware that even though the property is on a residential street, cars come by very quickly and all of that traffic can make it a bit difficult to get in and out at times. Other than that the location was good, covenient to everything around Lawrenceville.

It was a touch and go in locating a place to stay for the funeral but it turned out to be so close to the funeral home and therefore limited lots of travel. It helped me to get over the management of the funeral for my brother while also taking care of the accommodation for my family. Thanks and will be looking at more VRBO units in future when I travel instead of hotel

We enjoyed our stay. Little touches like bottles of water, washing powder and kitchen stuff were nice extras. The house was comfortable and quiet.

My friends & I stayed here for 2 nites. Excellant location to our events. Quiet and clean place with nice decor & ambiance. We would definitely stay here again

We were in town for a soccer tournament & this home was perfectly located and just what we needed.

This was a perfect little duplex for 4 adults and 1 teen. It was really clean and updated. I don't think we had neighbors so it was also quiet. Would definitely stay again if we come back.

I was concerned at first because it's a duplex but I NEVER heard anything from the people next door! Very quiet house for being on a busy street. HIGHLY recommend!
