Stayed Apr 22, 2026We arrived late and had a minor issue with the thermostat, and Eric was very attentive and got us fixed right up. Great communication and very responsive. We were already repeat customers to this location, and will definitely be back if we drive to & from Texas again before our project is complete!

Stayed Jan 31, 2026We stayed here for 3 nights. It was sn exceptionally clean house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was very easy and he responded very quickly. If we come back to Nashville we would definitely stay here again!!

Stayed Aug 23, 2025House was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with needed items. Location to Nashville was great (Far enough away from the hustle and bustle...but close enough to reach fairly quickly). The lawn was in need of mowing, and the grounds could have used some attention in the way of weeding and general maintenance. If in Nashville for a few days again sometime in the future, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
