Stayed Mar 13, 2023We booked this property for the number of beds, location to convention center, and access to a kitchen with outdoor space. It checked all the need boxes. Pros: Location, number of beds, outdoor space and host communication. Check in was easy and the host gave very detailed information about the property to enhance our stay. He communicated regularly and although we didn't request anything during our stay, I assume he would have been timely and responsive. Kitchen had some updates and was nice. Cons: Not enough coffee mugs for the number of guests it slept (we did not request any during our stay), some beds were more of futons or cots, and we didn't use the pool because of time of year but the outdoor space needed to be cleaned. The neighborhood was rough, so we definitely made sure to go inside quickly. This was not a huge surprise as the owner did mention not to linger out front. The photos did make it feel more of a place you could congregate but the house size and layout did not lend to that as much as the photos suggest. You can tell the owner made some upgrades but pillows/bedding, kitchen supplies and furniture weren't as nice as one would think. We had 8 adults in the property for a work trip. Overall, the property fit our needs and we would rent again.
