Enjoy a unique stay in our renovated 165-year-old home while also enjoying small-town charm in Brandon, Vermont. Our 3-bedroom, riverfront home offers two, separate living spaces, air conditioning, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. For après ski, après hike, or après anything, walk downtown and enjoy the quaint, local restaurants and shops of Brandon.

Located on a quiet street, our home has been lovingly restored over 2 years. We worked hard to maintain the character of our old home while blending it with tasteful and modern updates. Renovations include a new kitchen with new appliances, two new bathrooms, sanded and refinished floors and new windows, and a giant wraparound deck out back.

Yet antique character can still be found in rustic exposed wood beams, uneven floors, and stairs that are a bit steeper than modern construction, packing this home full of charm!

Our home is a short 28 miles to Killington Ski Area, 14 miles to Mountain Top Resort in Chittenden, 22 miles to Pico Mountain, 41 miles from Okemo (ski) Resort, and 21 miles to Middlebury Snowbowl 19 miles to Chittenden Reservoir, and 16 miles to Middlebury College. For mountain bikers looking for flow trails, try Pine Hill Park in Rutland (16 m) and the Sherburne trails (24 m) near Killington. But the best part of this home, is afterwards, you can walk to Brandon and enjoy our local brewery and restaurants.

We do accommodate smaller dogs in our home. However, this is a strictly NON-SMOKING home, and we charge a fee for violation of this rule.

Very nice property, def its on some unstable land as the floors are a bit uneven but the space was great for a party of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). Very convenient to major ski areas.

My family and close friends loved our stay at Kelley's home. It was very clean and well stocked, including thoughtful things for the dog, toys, games, and books for my nine year old, and an assortment of hand weights for the adults, which we used! The property is a newly renovated historic home, so some odd stairs throughout that the host was very clear about and noted. It's within walking distance to the adorable town of Brandon, including a nearby dog park and playground. We didn't want to leave, no notes, ten out of ten!

This is a fun house with lots of space for multiple guests. The location is great for walking to Brandon town center and exploring the surrounding areas (we went to Fort Ticonderoga). The house was very clean, well equipped. Kitchen was great with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, and a variety of serving dishes, knives, etc.The house is very family/kid friendly with lots of toys, books, games (and of course a television) to entertain the little ones.*The only issues we had was that the house sits on a slope and so many of the floors are sloped. There are also a number of mini steps between rooms. They are marked but we definitely had a couple of stubbed toes during our stay. I wouldn't recommend this house if you have knee/hip or stability concerns.

What a lovely place! Appreciate all the notes and attention to detail around the house. My kids were delighted by bunk bed room and little trinkets around the house

This house was carefully renovated with a beautiful mixing of old and new. We came from Pa. to a watch our grandson in a basketball tournament. We had no idea that this was such a great town. From the house it was an easy walk to very good restaurants with convenient shopping and an excellent bakery. Would like to stay again just to explore the town.

I booked the house for its 5-star reviews. location is good. it’s clean and bright. kitchen is fully equipped. but walking on the uneven floor is like walking on a boat made me sick. sheer curtains made felt like being watched from outside at night. no hot water the first day but Kelley got it fixed the next day. She’s very responsible.
